I am 74 have 3 high end Taylors and 8 high end Martins, and PRS's hollowbody and McCarty.. and I love the Neg2.. Neck of a les paul, stays in tune in any weather, perfect out doors jam guitar with speaker and external speaker. No downsides for the price
There is only one drawback in this design, comparing it to Lava. Upper part being hollow does not allows you to play some percussion music while hitting your thumb on the body (or even palm).
I feel I should point out that the zero fret was used on some lutes and related medieval instruments maybe 400 years ago. A zero fret is not a modern feature, but it's a really cool one.
Heyy thanks for this video, I just won it in a giveaway so I’m trying to learn about it before it gets here and your video taught me so much and got me so excited thank you so much! I’m new to guitar so I’m tryna find my style on what kind of guitar to play so I think this is kinda perfect for that, thank you so much for the video :))
Oh cool! This is definitely a high tech option… Having a Bluetooth speaker built in and all the other cool features make this a very useful guitar! I’m not sure of the differences between the two versions though.
Hi do you suggest buying the basic package or the full package that comes with the mic, charging rack and earphones. Are those items really worth the price difference? Basic package - $986. Full package - $1234.
Well, it feels more like an acoustic. After throwing super light elixir strings on it, I can actually bend. The pickup is piezo though so you won’t get that full-on tone you would get from magnetic pickups. Think of it as an acoustic that can wear an electric mask. It does have a great modeling system with a wide array of effects though, so it will work for many people to do what hey would do with an electric. For me though, it can’t fully take its place but it comes close!
Which strings do you recommend for this guitar? I just got one, but I'm looking for some strings that will be good for bends as well.@@alexraykinofficial
Looks cool too. Appreciate the honest feedback in the comments.
Would love a user replaceable battery on this..maybe in next version❤❤

Incredible eh? I am excited for the future of guitar.

Nice! Enjoy 😉

I also wish the body was full, at least to rest my arm more substantially over it. It is more featured though.

Definitely sounds closer to fretted notes than a nut! Very useful.
The manual isn't the greatest and you've really helped. Great review, thanks!
Thanks Tom. Happy to help!

Great review and playing.
Thank you! Glad I can help. :)
THANKS
You’re welcome 😉
I don't like that body design at all, but the electronics is great.
I hear you. The design could be more ergonomic. The portability is nice though.
Great demo! How long the battery lasts?
Thanks! About 5 hours at max volume from full charge.

It’s worth it if you need those things and plan to do some singing with it!
How loud it is without electronics? Looking for quiet guitar. Maybe this is little louder as eguitar unplugged
Since there’s a lot less body than most electrics, it is pretty quiet!
hi.. can it record your singing and guitar?
Into the guitar, no. But you can do it through a computer.
can we use this app for nexg1 also?
Great question! I’m not sure, but you can try!
RUNNING LOW IN BATTERY 😢
Should last long enough for most situations
Missing midi
You think it should have synth capabilities too? It would even be more of a chameleon then.
Can you use it as a real electric guitar ?
