Great, clear and no-filler video. :) Was wondering what the water was going to be and that was a trick I've not heard before. Should try that, as always some one stray dust particle finds it's way there to screw with my perfectionism :D
I'd like to suggest that you place the glass on the phone and line it up exactly where you want it to be. THEN use scotch tape [or stickers] to make a temporary hinge on one side of the phone . Just tape one side. Then lift the glass on its "hinge" , peel the plastic protector [the one between the glass and the phone ] , and lay the glass back down. Now it's exactly where it's supposed to go, no mistakes.
That sounds pretty good actually. Just screwed up one install today and that screen protector's useless now. Misaligned it then lifting it made the glue on it kinda "stretch" from one part so that it got smudged and that just wouldn't do, so it's now in the trash bin lol. Though it had this thumb print circle on the fingerprint scanner part which I hated the look of anyway, so gotta try finding one without it (For Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra)
When you buy a new phone, most of the time it comes with a plastic film sticker installed on the screen. Do you remove that plastic before installing a screen protector ?
what do you do when you re-apply and there is air bubbles that don't squeegee out. How do you make the protector sticky again? I mean this video is just what is written on the packaging so not really helpful
I ironed them out later, I was just trying to keep the video as short as possible. You could’ve saved a couple of minutes by not writing this comment tho.
Just followed your tutorial because I suck at installing screen protectors and this is the best tutorial I seen.

The water spray was a great tip! never heard that one before. My 4 year old phone looks brand new once again now!

Thanks! Happy you found it helpful 🙂
Thanks for keeping it simple!
Thank you. But what do you do if it didn’t go on right? Can you remove it and reapply it? I’m a rookie at this.
No, you can't remove, it's not a sticker.
In these cases, I am happy they come in 2-3 packs
I really like this video and explanation.

You don't reuse screen protectors
Fes up - did you do it in one take? LOL
Can you please send tell where you got that squeegee
dbrand screen protectors come with it. Or at least they did back then, not sure about the new ones.
Is there a piece of cloth on it or is it just rubber?
