Hi, KO Upscale Siege owner here. While I can't speak on the quality relative to the official cause I don't own it, I can verifiably recommend him, particularly if you like a giant jetfire. He has a light up feature in the eyes but I haven't got the batteries for it, he is also very good quality despite being a KO, some of the tolerances are super tight though. He also comes with a display stand for jetmode, the base of which can attach to the bottom of the jet and complete it if you're in for that. The KO Siege is basically titan class sized figure at somewhere between leader and commander price, I'd personally recommend him.
I definitely saw the Fanstoys face in the Magic Square figure. I remember having to double check when I first saw it to make sure I wasn't looking at the wrong figure.
It's weird and I don't know why it happened. I almost wonder if the face was the one thing they hadn't finalized yet, so to compete with NA they just rushed it out the door with the other figure's head.
PE you have the same Skyfire and Jetfire philosophy as do I, they are 2 different characters. I just produced a Lego Skyfire and a Lego Jetfire video with some stop motion at the beginning.
I honestly don't know why other people refuse to accept this take. I wouldn't even call it a take, it's the obvious truth of the matter. They are 2 different people and it doesn't matter what Hasbro Intended, the result is the result.
I disagree on both counts. The Backbone of the franchise is the Media. Without that no one would care about the toys. Look at the Gobots, bad show came out first, no one cared, Transformers had a far better show, and people love it to this day, despite G1 toys being more primitive in a lot of instances than Gobots.
I always blame Harmony Gold for the issue but then years later he's now freed from this curse. Skyfire/Jetfire has been like gone for decades, until Siege came and his masterpiece version, loving him!
I like the fact your headcanon for jetfire is the armada one, glad to know it's not just me and a few others in that area (I mean I do call skyfire jetfire sometimes but not vice versa (like squares and rectangles))
@@PerspectiveEnd good point, I was probably thinking about ROTF jetfire when I wrote that, but now I'm re-realizing how little (in terms of popularity overall) he is
The fact that the Magic Square version is as good as it is is probably related to the fact that its roughly the size of a Voyager. Although I don’t have any Magic Square figures but from what I could gather they are notorious for making overcomplicated Legends figures trying to make legend sized MP’s
I really depends from the side of the community. Lots of people think the slightly less complicated than a bayverse studio series figure transformation at this scale is fun, but you also have the side that think legends scale figures should be simpler desk toys that can be QUICKLY transformed. Also, I would say the only overcomplicated MS figure is for sure their megatron
Here's the thing I think a lot of the time MP figures are over Complicated. They think they need to do more to achieve more, so a smaller figure, even a regular legends scale one can achieve what an MP can, if it goes for complex enough, while still being not too complex.
Buster Skywing does have heels. You have to rotate them down. You have them flat. Also in jet mode his toe area rotates and sits flush and his heels become a landing gear
Your Siege Skyfire is absolutely yellowing. The white was always kind of dull, but I can still yellowing at a glance, and that motherfucker is yellowing in a few spots. The shoulders and the flanks of the torso where the shoulders connect have that distinct “not quite bone white” that belays yellowing. There’s probably a couple other spots like that, but it’s hard to tell with the figure moving and UA-cam being UA-cam. There are a not-insignificant number of figures from the WFC trilogy that NEED a package refresh on the simple fact that stuff released between 2018 and 2020 were made in a bad factory with bad plastic that actively rots when exposed to *air* (this is why most of these figures yellowed, despite not being removed from their boxes or being stored in low/no light)
@@PerspectiveEnd Yeah, that is the figure yellowing in the box. like what happened to so many Netflix Megatrons (turning Bronze) and Shattered Glass Starscreams. man, you don't ever forget the primordial terror of opening a box for the first time and releasing a severely discolored Netflix Soundwave.
@@PerspectiveEnd that’s kinda cool. I’ve seen those Seekers and I’m ashamed to say I never noticed they were retools. It’s pretty clear in retrospect too. T30 Skyfire is a good mold to make Seekers outta. For the time, anyway. I’m happier with the Siege version. I also own some ERs, but they’re disappointing. I hate how Hasbro basically upscaled the classics figure, yet completely failed to make it feel truly modern. How could they not have engineered a waist swivel or wrist rotation? You’d think Hasbro would want their follow ups to the glorious Siege Tetrajet Seekers to be as good, if not better. They shoulda made a new mold entirely. Could you fucking imagine if they used the Classics Jetfire mold as a basis for Siege’s iteration? Wow. That woulda been crap beyond crap. I own Classics Jetfire and I hate it now. It was the first Jetfire I’d ever owned. I was just excited to have him. I didn’t care about articulation or accuracy or anything way back then. My tastes have been refined to the point I can no longer stomach the figure. I regret wasting money on Toyhax decals for it. Thought if the deco was better, I’d like it more. All I did was pretty up a turd some. I do like the head sculpt and helmet though. I’m glad Hasbro imported that little play feature to Siege, more or less. The alt-mode is a fine generic scifi plane, I feel, but a miserable Jetfire. On an aside. I think it would be rad to get a Titan sized Jetfire so he could scale better with CHUG. You an me share the same opinion when it comes to how huge he’s supposed to be. You mentioned an upscaled Siege Jetfire was being made? I’ll bet that’ll be frigging gigantic!
Don't know if my mind is slowing with age, but I had to watch this at 0.75 speed to give me time to process everything said. Gotta say, the claim that the Generations figure transforms into a fairly accurate F-14 ground my gears a bit.
Really? What's wrong with the claim that he's an F14? Also note you didn't have a stroke are something, my whole thing is talking fast. What some people have said helps is slowing the video down to 75% speed. I've listened to that myself and it sounds fine. Very little distortion.
The Combiner Wars Jetfire is underrated. It's not quite the G1 design. Still, That Jetfire was large and had cool features. However, Siege Jetfire rules all!
Umm I have the Ironfactory one… Your missing a lot actually The one I got came with his blaster, 3 different pairs of hands and a cool head sculpt based off the helmet he wore in the Stormbringer comics. While yes it’s everything else is iffy I love it because it’s a cheap and affordable Jetfire based off a design from IDW with decent possability
Oh this absolutely came with all that stuff, but if you notice I didn't talk about the Accessories for any of the figures. Accessories is not a Category that I ever consider in What's the Best. I'd say it has better than Decent Poseablity.
Skyfire: Was I a good boy? PerspectiveEnd: You were the best. I've been waiting for such a video for a long time with a comparison of at least most of the figures of Skyfire. The comparison is quite fair, as are the conclusions. I am pleased with this trend, as a result of which we got quite good figures. Hopefully, there will be no fewer of them in the future. Maybe someday Skyfire will return to some media in his true image and with his real name. Maybe someone will notice the growth of his popularity in order to bring him back at least somewhere. Although it is not much to believe, but hope dies last.
It may just be me but I really don’t like how the top half of the MP skyfire looks. The chest just seems too bloated and the shoulders look too low down, I think my favorite would probably be the Siege or Combiner Wars purely for nostalgia
I understand why you feel that way. Like I said they didn't take liberties with the Design so it wound up winning classic interpretation because of it, but I can see why you may not like that look.
Hello again, I’m here after watching several of your whats the best and I’m so happy to have “character development” I’m finding myself very much enjoying your content. Congratulations, you’ve earned my admiration and opinion validation. I’m so happy to see that there is figures you genuinely enjoy and love. And also you dislike bomburst so here’s a gold star (I hate that thing) and whilst I like blitzwing, that’s only because I almost never transform him and I didn’t pay for him. I fucking hate the jet and it’s never gone into that mode and never will. You really have shown what you said in our previous conversation. again, good job
Funny how I always remembered this guys as Jetfire. Glad I'm not alone in how mediocre the Classics release was. Conceptually the Quinjet alt mode is actually pretty awesome. BBTS can ship Siege Jetfire/Skyfire any day now. As a straight reissue, really hope Hasbro fixed the apparently bad plastic quality on this guy. Commander Class Armada Jetfire needs to happen some day.
Thanks for your perspective! I'm a Magic Square fan despite the common criticisms of their choices in design and plastic (the use of nylon and their transformation scheme engineering facilitate each other), but Newage's EX (toy-inspired) decos are really pretty, especially their Jetfire!
Glad to give it to you. And honestly I love most of their transformations. The interesting thing about this Skyfire, is that the plastic doesn't really factor in. It requires none of the Gumminess of the nylon to work properly.
@@PerspectiveEnd I love their transformations too, and nylon feels pretty good (to me). I ended up having to offload most of my MS stuff, so I'll live vicariously through others' reviews, haha
And now we're going to read the story of Little Purple Hood. Once upon a time there was a toothless young scag everyone called Little Purple Hood because they wore a sun faded, Grimace themed hoodie. One day their mother assigned the important task of taking Titanium Jetfire to their sick grandmother who lived in a shack by a pound down in the projects. Midway into their journey Little Purple Hood was ambushed by a gang of rabid coyotes who stabbed her and absconded with Titanium Jetfire. The end.
See, I just love how we live in a sort of renaissance of good Skyfire figures to the point where you have a perfect one regardless of what collection you're going for. Are you a Masterpiece collector? Then get the Masterpiece Skyfire! Are you a CHUG collector? The Siege Commander Class Skyfire is for you! Are you a Legends collector? Then get yourself the Magic Square Skyfire! Also, side note, I'm glad Masterpiece Skyfire found that nice middle ground of being extremely cartoon accurate without having an over-engineered transformation to get to it (MP-44 Optimus/ MP-36 Megatron) or having gimped plastic quality (MP-47 Hound). It just feels like the cartoon accurate style of the newer masterpieces but with the simple yet effective transformations of the older masterpiece figures.
And you aren't Short Changed on a one of those. They are all fantastic. Yeah, I'm thrilled that the MP Skyfire didn't wind up a mess. He is the New MP Style of Supreme accuracy above all else done right.
Wow I just watched the first Skyfire video a few days ago and now we get this? I am blessed. I don't have a Skyfire (I'm not super into him) but the Newage and Magic Square ones look pretty great.
@@PerspectiveEnd recently (2 weeks ago) left the below comment on the Fanstoys Phoenix review: Kat: "So uhm... how did this vid age with the proper release of the masterpiece?" PE: "Poorly honestly. The Actual MP makes me go "What coolaid was I drinking when I reviewed this." Kat: "@PerspectiveEnd can we get some retrospective of you analyzing changes between the prototype images and in-hand shots of MP Skyfire?"
Great video. I only got 3 Skyfires, the Titanium War Within version, the cheap, no articulations Walgreens version and the Siege, which is awesome but way too busy with details.
@@PerspectiveEnd Well, it is, but it is also in line with the rest of the WFC "aesthetic" so thats that. Either way i like it, though the masterpiece and third party versions kick its ass.
I love the siege version the best because you can play with it the most and won't break. It 'feels' the most inviting. I just got it for my birthday and it's so SOLID. And I'm someone who yes does have a display shelf but also likes to transform and play around with my figures frequently and siege is probably the best for that
ROTF Jetfire has the markings of a Shattered Glass Skyfire. The only thing retained from G1 Skyfire was the fact he went from evil Decepticon to good Autobot.
@@PerspectiveEnd the fact that stuff like the colour, alt mode, accent, design, and size are the exact opposite of G1 Jetfire *insert the clip from the ROTF roast.*
Yeah they were supposed to have the same name, but they never wound up being that way. Skyfire was always called Skyfire, and Jetfire was always called Jetfire, so when it came down to actual Reality they were only ever separate guys.
"It's a shame Maketoys never found their audience because they didn't do G1" You would've hit a revelation there, if only one of your criteria for ranking it wasn't how G1 it is.
It's the Format of this show what can I say. I'm trying to find a specific thing with it. I still appreciate what they do with their stylization, it's just not what this show is trying to locate.
Seeing it from all angles in this also showed me how gappy the torso sides are on the FT too, especially around the arm. While a solid back is admirable, it is a bit of a pointless sacrifice if an angle more statistically likely to be on display looks that barely held together. Loving my NewAge, but as a Ride-or-die Skyfire fan, will likely look into getting the MS too, probably on reissue, as none of my trusted shops have it in stock thus far. And not checking TfSource. They are usually the FT of shops, highest priced, but fine to window shop if you're wanting an idea what's in the works with better studios.
I interpret the Siege's paint on the legs, etc. as heatshielding. Commander Sky Lynx has it, too, in a similar color, with similar placement. The vast majority of it is under them in vehicle mode, and what isn't ends up right where you'd expect the re-entry overheating to be. The Duocon shuttle team repaint also has that same paint, but they're covered in it, I believe with flavor text about it being a protective coating. I have MakeToys' Laser Prime trailer & Quantron. I liked them, but couldn't afford their/ 3rd party prices. RtS G2 Prime needed his trailer, & I managed to get Quantron for about what Legacy Menasor costs (think it was at least $100 off). Quantron's a little small, compared to Menasor, but then I remember Grimlock hastily built them out of junk from Unicron, so it can be excused a bit.
Yes, the ugly off-white paint on Siege Skyfire's legs, etc. I always assumed it was heatshielding, & Sky Lynx having it, as literal heatshielding, just confirmed it for me. You didn't know MakeToys made a Computron?
I'm guessing I am far from the first person to say it, but Jetfire is the name for the Macross-based, faction-switching scientist in the Marvel, Dreamwave & IDW comics.
I just love how in the first wtb skyfire you had that long comparison About the siege and the fanstoys and now you just didn't even care and just craped on the fanstoys(not like you were wrong)
Yeah, I don't know what I was smoking in the original video. I have no idea how I thought it was even close. Like the FT isn't terrible, but it's Ugly, Inaccurate, Over Priced, and the Transformation just isn't as good, plus the altmode messes up the nosecone, in not only being stepped in the front but all it's angles are wrong.
Do you think Siege Thundercracker fits well enough with Blitzwing and Triggerhappy or should I stick with Needlenose for now? After Blitzwing was exiled, two blue Decepticon jets followed him. They had doubted the Decepticon cause for a long time, but snaped when Blitzwing was exiled for fighting off the Quintessons with the help of the Autobots. And that's the Blue Blitz trio. Legacy Leader Sandstorm is probably like Legacy Blitzwing and Siege Astrotrain, it's Leader price because of triple changer engineering. That's how I know he's the G1 version. I saw mainline ROTB Airazor today. Gorgeous. Welp. Time to wait for a year. The new stuff is double the price without a huge discount. Elita is still horribly distributed (with no signs of discount no less), and I haven't seen Skullgrin's price go low enough. Also Armada Starscream's completely absent from retail. Should I buy 86 Perceptor or Siege Astrotrain first? 86 Perceptor is 23 bucks and Siege Astrotrain is 32 bucks.
Thundercracker as a character not so much. Thundercracker is the dude on the Decepticon side who doesn't like the violence, and thinks it's all gone too far, so Triggerhappy and Blitzwing would not be his friends. Unless we are talking Post, getting kicked out of the Decepticons for working with the Autobots to stop the quintessons Blitzwing. Wait where did you see that? I think you would be pretty happy with either Atrotrain or Perceptor if you got them for a good price, and both of those are good prices. Flip a coin I guess.
Did you know buster sky wing's heels form the back landing gear and i think it looks cooler in the movie Jetfire deco. And good news, maketoys is making a comeback with highbrow
Maketoys Cross Dimensions lines is such a tragedy man, I loved their Optimus and Megatron molds and was so excited for their Shockwave and any other figures they would put it. It’s been several years since those days and I’m sure the line as been abandoned😪
I can only assume they put all their stock into their Masterpiece line and in the end it just wasn’t competing with the top players, such a shame, I enjoyed a lot of their stuff, from chug to masterpiece
Jetfire was leader of the autobots in Europe for a while due to an inverse of the Jetfire debacle in the US where Diaclone already licensed distribution of the "Convoy" figure, so Hasbro didn't want to give a competing company free advertising. Thus, until they worked out a deal to regain distribution rights, Jetfire was leader of the Autobots. In unrelated news, MS-02EX, the "fixed" version of Light of Peace is shipping from their site and seems to have some pretty major upgrades for the $10 price increase. More robust looking plastic (need to confirm this though), better painted matrix, and the addition of his Jetpack to take a steaming dump on MP-44 even more by having a bunch of accessories and still not costing an arm and a leg. In actually related news... the oversized KO's about the same size as fans Toys... is it even that much bigger than the regular siege? On the Show Z store, I'm seeing comments saying that Siege was about 12 inches and the KO will be 13-14. Not exactly a huge jump in scale...
That is actually a Facet of the Story I forgot. I'm holding off on buying that right now because I don't know how much better it will be, and what will I do with the old one if it really is a LOT better. Yeah I'm not sure how much bigger it will be. Usually those OSKO sizes are tentative before the figure is released.
oh yeah, I have the KO version of the commander. he's huge but that comes at the cost of him not being able to be held by other figures. kinda wish I had the wrist sword and that the helmet had the antenas tho. too big for the headmasters as well. althought the shoulders have added tabs so it doesn't detach when you move the arms.
@@PerspectiveEnd yeah. also the handles on the bottom are too big for anyone to hold. to make up for it there was a stand included that can plug on the bottom in jet mode and act as a gap filler. quite alot of value for 100 bucks.
I am keeping the IDW Magic Square Voyager-sized as my main Skyfire. If I get a chug, it´ll be when Legacy does the Armada Jetfire. And you just know it´ll happen.

I always hate when people complain about Skyfire and Starscream not having waist swivels. 1: its not G1 accurate 2: it breaks the sculpt 3: they pose just fine without the waist swivel.
Well I mean I'm actually one of those guys. While I support there being at least 1 version of Each that doesn't have it for supreme accuracy, I do think that most probably should have it. And honestly like the DS version of Starscream's waist cut isn't even bad at all.
Why do you hate Fans toys so much? I do have any 3rd party, so I am not acquainted with any of the main parties practices. Also I will say will need more iron factories, I definitely want to see more unique takes on classic characters.
I hate FansToys so much, because they are High on their own Fumes. They are the most Expensive MP company, but their figures are not better than most other's. They tend to have really bad transformations, and their sculpts are weirdly uncanny. They don't do anything well but their Fans insist that no one else is half as good as them, and they do weird culty stuff like leave the ugly Inspection Stickers on their figures because reasons.

I always blame Harmony Gold for the issue but then years later he's now freed from this curse.
Skyfire/Jetfire has been like gone for decades, until Siege came and his masterpiece version, loving him!
The Tf classics line in 2006 brought back Jetfire.
Indeed, it's nice to see Harmony Gold being forced to go home without their ball.
I like the fact your headcanon for jetfire is the armada one, glad to know it's not just me and a few others in that area (I mean I do call skyfire jetfire sometimes but not vice versa (like squares and rectangles))
I mean who else would it be?
@@PerspectiveEnd good point, I was probably thinking about ROTF jetfire when I wrote that, but now I'm re-realizing how little (in terms of popularity overall) he is
this is a real bingler here
Bingler you say?
Never realized how cool and stylized the Maketoys Jetfire looks to me, I might pick one up one of these days
It does look very cool, I just wish it was more fun to handle.
Buster Skywing does have heels. You have to rotate them down. You have them flat. Also in jet mode his toe area rotates and sits flush and his heels become a landing gear
I've tried rotating them, No matter what Orientation I put them in, he never feels stable.
Honestly, for the price, I would say Siege is still the best. Ngl, I didn’t even know Jetfire had a CW figure, it looks pretty cool.
I mean he's obviously going to be the best Price to Value Ratio, but I'm not trying to find that with these videos.
I predicted this video back in the masterpiece skyfire review, surely I get a trophy now
You did yes. And I wanted to get it out Immediately after that, but Reveals go in the way.
I think a rule of thumb for ol jetfire: fauxform or have no waist. Not both
Exactly, it should not be both.
honestly didnt even realize there were this many skyfire figures idk why
always thought the poor guy had like 2 toys ever
And there were still 3 missing from this video.
@@PerspectiveEnd I need a damn skyfire
I mean I remember it always looking dirty in places.
I mean I still here tales of new figures yellowing.
Man, i love jetfire
As do I clearly.
1:26 I thought that mold was from Thrilling 30. Did Hasbro rerelease it in Combiner Wars? Or am I totally off base here?
You are correct, they retooled it to make a set of Seekers in CW and I got confused by that.
20 whole minutes of PerspectiveEnd, today is a good day.
It's not quite 20 minutes, but if you round then yes.
The Combiner Wars Jetfire is underrated. It's not quite the G1 design. Still, That Jetfire was large and had cool features. However, Siege Jetfire rules all!
It's not a bad figure, but it is an old figure. It's like an Upscaled Deluxe at this point, but like one that was good before they upscaled it.
Umm I have the Ironfactory one…
Your missing a lot actually
The one I got came with his blaster, 3 different pairs of hands and a cool head sculpt based off the helmet he wore in the Stormbringer comics.
What’s the best 86 dinobot video when?
SOON!
@@PerspectiveEnd good to know
Skyfire: Was I a good boy?
PerspectiveEnd: You were the best.
I've been waiting for such a video for a long time with a comparison of at least most of the figures of Skyfire. The comparison is quite fair, as are the conclusions.
I am pleased with this trend, as a result of which we got quite good figures. Hopefully, there will be no fewer of them in the future.
Maybe someday Skyfire will return to some media in his true image and with his real name. Maybe someone will notice the growth of his popularity in order to bring him back at least somewhere. Although it is not much to believe, but hope dies last.
Happy to have finally provided the video you needed.
I do think I covered all the ones that had any hope of being the best.
Out of all the Skyfire's you own,my favorite is the Combiner Wars SF.He does look bad@ss.
It's Thrilling 30's/Generations Skyfire. There was never a Combiner Wars Skyfire. The CW Leader Class Seekers used that mold. Jeebus. 😂
I guess you are Technically correct about that, I was getting confused because of the CW Seekers.
@@PerspectiveEnd sorry for busting your balls but I just had to for shitting on ER Cliffjumper..... j/k. Or was i?

What was the question.
@@PerspectiveEnd "what's the best skyfire" Also, it's a Zakir naik reference
Excellent video. I'm really wanting the magic square version.
It's really fun, I think you'd enjoy it.
Comment for engagement: Why is it so hard to get the face of Skyfire right?
I don't know. It's really weird that everyone has such different attempts. Honestly the NA is probably the best.
The end.
Your mind is unsound my friend.
But I did forget Titanium Skyfire exists yes.
I find it funny how even Hasbro can’t decide whether he is called Skyfire and Jetfire, they just randomly switch it up every other figure 😂
To be fair the MP is called Skyfire, because that's Takara doing it and not Hasbro.
tbh generations -jetfire- skyfire is not bad, the others are just MILES better
Early IDW Skyfire was based on Classics Jetfire, so in a roundabout way, Iron Factory SF is based on THAT figure
So in a Roundabout way I did cover the classics figure.
Some Fanstoys figures apparently have a sticker that says they have a 30/100 qc. Fanstoys Rouge had a sticker in Jobbythehong's review
That's just the "Inspected by" thats the weird one the Cult leaves on because that's just what you do with FT stuff.
Wow I just watched the first Skyfire video a few days ago and now we get this? I am blessed. I don't have a Skyfire (I'm not super into him) but the Newage and Magic Square ones look pretty great.
Skyfire has always been one of my Favorites.
And you never saw the first video before now?

The Marvel Comics don't coouuuuUUUNT!!!
Siege and Magic Square versions really are a bang in the buck, while MP is the Holy Grail for G1 enthusiasts.
Indeed you are correct. They really do all bring the value. Even the NA one is great.
Great video. I only got 3 Skyfires, the Titanium War Within version, the cheap, no articulations Walgreens version and the Siege, which is awesome but way too busy with details.
Crap, I forgot the Titanium one exists.
I wouldn't call the Siege one too busy on the details?
@@PerspectiveEnd Well, it is, but it is also in line with the rest of the WFC "aesthetic" so thats that. Either way i like it, though the masterpiece and third party versions kick its ass.
I love the siege version the best because you can play with it the most and won't break. It 'feels' the most inviting. I just got it for my birthday and it's so SOLID. And I'm someone who yes does have a display shelf but also likes to transform and play around with my figures frequently and siege is probably the best for that
I totally understand that, and the Siege I do think is WAY up there in terms of the best.
@PerspectiveEnd true
ROTF Jetfire has the markings of a Shattered Glass Skyfire. The only thing retained from G1 Skyfire was the fact he went from evil Decepticon to good Autobot.
What do you mean he has the Markings.

"It's a shame Maketoys never found their audience because they didn't do G1"
You would've hit a revelation there, if only one of your criteria for ranking it wasn't how G1 it is.
Which figure are you talking about with the Gappyness?
@@PerspectiveEnd Fanstoys.
The underarm to chestular region.
The legacy blaster actually has some toe down it's just really tight and it might damage the plastic
What is this about legacy Blaster? Did I mention him in the video?
Are you talking about the Off White he's painted in?
The Heck is Quantron?
Yes, the ugly off-white paint on Siege Skyfire's legs, etc. I always assumed it was heatshielding, & Sky Lynx having it, as literal heatshielding, just confirmed it for me.
You didn't know MakeToys made a Computron?
I'm guessing I am far from the first person to say it, but Jetfire is the name for the Macross-based, faction-switching scientist in the Marvel, Dreamwave & IDW comics.
Jetfire is the name of the guy from the UT. Skyfire is the name of the Faction Swapping guy.
looks like that IDW Skyfire the Iron Factory figure was trying to be accurate to was based on the 2006 Classics Jetfire
Indeed I believe it was, so in a Weird way I did cover the 06 figure in this.
For the longest time, I thought the real name of skyfire from G1, was jetfire. I know it’s embarrassing
It's understandable honestly.
@@PerspectiveEnd I guess.
Now we wait for what's the best omega supreme.
Didn't even know there was an MP of the guy lol
It was a big deal like one year ago, but not for very long time.

I did not. That's weird.
@@PerspectiveEnd the name was later used for two other guys.

I hope they can stick the landing.
Maketoys Cross Dimensions lines is such a tragedy man, I loved their Optimus and Megatron molds and was so excited for their Shockwave and any other figures they would put it. It’s been several years since those days and I’m sure the line as been abandoned😪
I mean Maketoys is just struggling to survive right now.
I can only assume they put all their stock into their Masterpiece line and in the end it just wasn’t competing with the top players, such a shame, I enjoyed a lot of their stuff, from chug to masterpiece
I finally got my siege skyfire so i can finally stoo dreaming about losing it
What you mean dreaming about losing it? How would having it prevents that? Wouldn't it just increase the dreams?
