Love how you explained each of these :) the scroll looping is a 50/50 for me... half the time it's incredibly annoying, and sometimes it works if it's minimal.
Hey, thanks for checking out the video! I'm glad you liked the explanations. And yeah, scroll looping can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it's annoying, sometimes it's not too bad. It's all about personal preference, I guess!
I’m an older Gen-Z from an asian country. So we definitely grew up with and remember the win95/dial-up aesthetic. The contrast between the childhood of older Gen Zs and younger Gen Zs are a bit stark though so that could also be why.
I like scroll jacking and I think it is an absolutely necessary evil in many designs. Thanks for the example btw! :D That is one smooth website, I'm stealing that one for sure.
Thank you Brad, very useful video. Is the dark-mode toggle a plugin, or a widget, or is it built into template options? I am asking from a web dev perspective.
Thank you for watching! Dark mode is something you have to build yourself, usually by coding it, or using creative no-code solutions that adjusts the style of the website.
Setting a website's dark/light mode based on system/browser settings is already a thing. It's done through a CSS media query called prefers-color-scheme

See? Wow, my prediction was so accurate that it already happened in the past 🤣
I just want The fastest website where i can find info straight away
Of course! It's always important to have the website be first and foremost, useful and serving its purpose.
