As someone who wants the card, I was kinda bummed it was only QCR, but I won’t be surprised if it’s reprinted in a tin or other special set down the road. Until then, it’ll be a fun chase
The main issue with the card is that it's the FACE OF THE SET. Magicians of Bonds and Unity was meant to be a 25th anniversary card (like Ten Thousand Dragon) with the expectation it's just a collectible card, but this card was never promoted as QCSR-exclusive prior to the set's release.
It's a bait and switch. Same shit as them touting Sky Striker as an include and pulling the alt art QCSR only shit as well. Those alt arts from Premium Pack 2024 on the lowest rarities are just as cheap as Dragon master Magia in Japanese OCG. (lowest rarity alt Raye is 3-5 Euros on Card market while Roze has no listings)
The cheapest available on TCG Player is currently $700 in case anyone was wondering. Also on eBay, all auctions are currently above $600. No offense Ruxin, but your take that the price would come down to around $100 is aging like milk. This is exactly what collectors like me were afraid of.
This is a really collector mind take. I’m completely fine with cards being printed at QCR only, but ONLY if they are completely unplayable, like Ten Thousand Dragon and the Quarter Century magicians card printed in the core sets. If a theoretically playable card is printed at these collectors only rarities, who knows what that could mean for the future of the game. We allow Konami to print cards like these at QCR only, and before you know it meta deck staples end up being QCR only and the game becomes the most expensive it’s ever been (imagine crush card virus but for the modern day, that card was originally a prize card and was NECESSARY for the top strats). This is a dangerous downwards spiral, any kind of theoretically playable effect should never be printed at QCR only.
I generally agree. The reason Pokémon does so well is that it has chase cards (alternate art/illustration rare) that get people excited about the set. The best solution is to print these cards in super rare for the players, and print a nice alternate art version in a high rarity (QCSR) for the collectors.
The fact the ocg has this card in basically every rarity tells me it could be used when the new Blue eyes structure deck comes out in 2025 and it's really gonna be annoying if this card could be played in a competitive blue eyes deck and it still only in qcr....
I mean with dragon mirror, blue eyes fusion, nadir's servant, beast king of the swamp (or any of the similar cards), you can actually make this reasonably easy... Especially compared to Magicians of Bond and Unity
The problem is most of your buyers aren’t playing competitively. It’s your average Joe who has nostalgia for the anime or older cards, who doesn’t have the money to spend on shiny cardboard. I’d love to have this card for fun decks, but I can barely afford to look at the new gold Sarc deck, which in total would be a little less than $150 for that core. So I’m hoping it gets a reprint at some point
I think we all need to agree that it’s a money move, it’s not for the players but to sell boxes, and as a lapsed fan who used to always buy anime fun cards, I would say this is off putting.
Cool don’t buy the set then. I don’t always buy sealed product but since this card exists I’ll be going in on the set. Hope they try this again in the future 🙂
@@glorp308 because I like and collect quarter century rares. When those are exclusive and actually have good value on the secondary market that’s even better because I have the choice to either sell that card and cash out or just keep the card for my collection. The TCG as it currently is is unplayable trash, but I used to play the game and loved the show as a kid so I still have an appreciation for the game and am a collector, so yeah I choose to spend my $$$ hunting for big cards from time to time. Sorry your game pieces are holding value in the secondary market, you can always wait for the card to be in your price range or wait for a reprint if you want to put it in a deck 🙂
If the card sucked a lot more I'd be fine with it. But it's actually a pretty cool cards for blue eyes fans. And it's easy to fusion out if you're using fusion armament. Sucks to see it beyond my reach until a potential mercy reprint, and even then it'll likely be as a $50 secret rare short printed in a sideset
It's nothing wrong with making the card come with the highest quality. Get over it, the world still orbits around the sun. Yall make it seem like it'll destroy the community. But I shouldn't have to elaborate on anything.
Rather than only in QCR make it in other rarities, and then the collectible one in QCR alt art. Then people who want the card can get it without having to drop $500
I think the best way to introduce such new spins on classic monsters/ fusions is like they introduced dragoon. Rare-yes, but not in highest rarity exclusively. This card isn't half bad but the fusion requirement is pretty heavy
Only coming in a QCR is crazy, especially since the pull chance is so low aND it won't see any competitive play because none of the competitive players are running a blue eyes or chaos 😭 and no blue eyes player is gonna drop that much to run it in their deck, ohhhhh konamiiii
@@chrisangflo6102 It's honestly a pretty good card and a retrain of an iconic anime boss monster, this absolutely should have had a secret rare printing too. Ten Thousand Dragon is purely collector's fodder so I'm ok with that never getting reprinted, similar to the Match Winning cards.
Sorry, Ruxin. I hard disagree with your stance. I agree cards like this should exist and that it should be collector-only cards. This is not one of them. Just because its not used in the best deck does not mean its not a playable card.
Considering dragon mirror exists, fusion substitutes exist, nadir's servant exists and there's tons of chaos monster, you can for sure make this card. If you can make it, someone else will break it.
@@Dadsidehobbies Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Dragon and Blue-Eyes Chaos Dragon both happen to be Chaos Ritual monsters and you have some flexibility in whether you use Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon or 3 Blue-Eyes monsters for the first part of the Fusion Material requirement and the main Deck has plenty of Blue-Eyes monsters.
@@Dadsidehobbies It's definitely not great in a pure Blue-Eyes Deck. Chaos Max is a horrendous brick in a Deck that's bricky as it was, but it's searchable with Melody at the very least. Ultimate Fusion can be grabbed with Bingo Machine but Fusion Armament's easiest generic searcher is Keeper of the Dragon Magic which will usually take your Normal Summon. It's got some decent floating targets if your opponent gets past it. Namely Alternative Ultimate Dragon. If Verte and Halq were legal the Deck could be a threat in more archetype focused variants.
@@ShiningJudgment666 Agreed. You could definitely turbo Magia out if you wanted to in BE. There's also a lot of ways around the BE archetype stuff. Technically, BE doesn't even need to be involved since BEUD is a named card and there's plenty of options to replace a named card in fusions. Chaos would likely make more use of this and dragon mirror synergies between chaos, and left hand offering can make this reasonably easy to get out. Combine the chaos cards being exploited by Dragon link... We're definitely agreeing here. I think the pundits are just skipping over how this card is playable. That's the argument too, you'd never play this. I think people would. Which makes Ruxin's argument more poignant, why buy this card @ $500-800 if it's reprinted in a year and worth half that? Otherwise, we just aren't going to get one until it's too late.
It's cause people complain about it then turn around & buy cases to pull the card(s) then do the same thing the next set. If we want change to happen then people need to boycott a few sets but that won't ever happen.
@@ab0xxy Unfortunately, it’s more likely that the collectors buying tons of boxes and the players who are getting fed up with Konami are just two separate groups of people. And sadly no matter how many people stop buying sealed product, the people who crack open tons of boxes will always give far more money than Konami can ever lose for anti-consumer practices like this.
Competitive players are not the only people who want to play this game, and casuals are not gonna drop that much to play this card, which is ABSOLUTELY playable in Blue-Eyes. Dragon Master Magia is the ONLY card in the entire game right now that is both playable and highest rarity only. Ten Thousand Dragon, Magicians of Bonds and Unity, and the Anotherverse prize cards are not playable in any strategy at any level. I think the usual price decrease will be way less than other QCRs for this reason. I expect the card to stay above $200. Blue-Eyes Alternative was $25+ for the longest time after it was meta despite additional printings, until Rarity Collection 2. Magicians of Bonds and Unity were advertised QCR only in BOTH TCG and OCG. Dragon Master Magia was an ULTRA in OCG, with additional Secret and QCR printings, with zero heads up until after the creator box openings. AND we're presumably getting Dragon of Pride and Soul, another QCR-only card for collectors, which appears to only have 1 version unlike Magicians of Bonds and Unity. Pokemon proves repeatedly that you can cater to competetive players, casual players, and collectors at the same time. Raging Bolt ex is a VERY playable card. Lowest rarity printing is $5 on TCGPlayer. Highest rarity is $83. Yugioh can do it too.
If you're curious about an easy way to summon it, you can use Melody pitch White Stone of Ancients, add Blue-Eyes and Alternative, summon Alternative, set Fusion, End Phase Stone summon Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon, Abyss add Chaos Max. On your opponent’s turn use Fusion to summon Magia, and get a free pop since you summoned Alternative.
Nah, I don’t agree! If they are going to do this it needs to be accessible in a lower rarity like they do for collectors rares! I was hype for this set because of this card and now that I know my actual chances to get it are slim, it really takes the wind out of my sails! And I can’t really afford to buy boxes on boxes to hunt for THE, QCR!! Solid discussion!! As always!! I hope the 3 boxes I have on hold I get lucky and pull this!! As a pure collector, not getting this will definitely hurt my full collection OCD 😅
I think the comparison to Bystial Lubellion isn't the best because that has other lower rarity printings (DABL ScR and MP23 PScR) where as Dragon Master Magia will only be available in this one (for now). I think this might be more like Ten Thousand Dragon, which only has the one high rarity print and is super expensive because of it. I really do hope this will drop to ~$100 but idk.
I can remember my first Shonen Jump back when Phantom Darkness released I worked with my grandpas carpet cleaning company for MONTHS trying to save up for a playset of Allure of Darkness and Dark Armed Dragon. Broke my teenage banks HARD lol. Yugioh has always had this problem, it prevented me from playing in the Plant Tengu meta aswell. Thanks for the upload, I truly miss playing this game man. Also remember the hobby parallel rares as well, Heavy Storm, Sangan lol.
I dont mind the exclusive cards and I’m happy that konami is trying these sorta things. HOWEVER, they definitely chise the wrong card in this scenario. It’ll definitely get reprinted like you said, but considering that this is the only version that exist right now means players that want to use can’t. I think if they reverse the order and reprint cards that exist into a super high collector type rarity that would be fine. I don’t hear anyone complaining about roze and raye.
The biggest issue is that it's a game piece and it's the cover card of the set, it misleads consumers into thinking they have a reasonable chance to pull it. and regardless of how good a card is it should be printed in a accessible rarity it's a game piece first collectors can have alternative rarities or alt arts but gameplay accessibility is the thing that matters above all else. IF anyone or company wants a chase to also be a game piece just say no don't support it chases and collector versions of cards need to be unimportant to the actual game beyond some players choosing to run the "prettier" rarities. It's why reprints are in constant demand, game pieces need to always be accessible and cheap and when a card like this is printed it instantly demands the need of a reprint doesn't need to be a good card it needs a reprint for the sake of being a game piece.
Grabbed the Japanese regular secret rare for $3 when it first dropped, had a weird feeling the Eng version was gonna be hard to get and its just a fun addition for the binder anyway
Thanks for discussing this, very interesting perspective. I think the main annoyance I've had with this is that it seems to have mostly drawn "outside" attention - as in, people who are not the target demographic and who clearly never had any interest in buying it speaking without really understanding the context of it
I got my OCG version long time ago. Looks beautiful and it’s still a difficult pull. Looks amazing in binder. Highly encourage collectors to just go OCG for your binder copy.
Players just find it dumb that Komoni is paywalling the card since OCG has the same card in other lower tier rarities, giving OCG players the option to buy/pull at a cheaper cost. I get both sides.
8:41, at least he gets his perspective is someone whos perspective is the top .000000001 % of players who get to open 50 cases as a job and keep it all. Idk i disagree that cards like this needs to be a qcr only in a set. If Konami wants sells for a set, them QCR a single print of a meta card IDGAF, the sweaty meta players will drop the dime for that. the casual players who wants a card like magia ( if their smart) arent buying boxes of this set because its just not worth it.
You can summon it with fusion armament targeting dragon master night to summon blue eyes ultimate and any generic fusion spell can get you there without locking you into anything. It also has a very good tag out in Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon. Any deck that can search poly consistently can make use of this engine. Branded can aim to summon it with frightfur & edgeimp chain stuff keeper of dragon magic, in blue eyes itself there's options there's options
I think it's a joke to be honest. As you say ruxin they will 100% reprint this card within the year so it's just a cash grab. If they are going to do a QCR only it should be like OCG and do like a new artwork of DM or blue eyes etc so it will retain value, its fun to chase and obviously there are tons of versions you can get for pennies. Doing it for a card like this is so gross as many people are saying there's a new blue eyes deck coming later this year which might make this card way more viable
I think people forget that the bystial lubellion released in battles of legend monstrous revenge in only QCR last year. BUT! It did reprint in the 2023 mega tin just 3 months later.
It was also technically a reprint as it was originally a Secret Rare in Darkwing Blast so being a QCR exclusive wasn't a thing for it. It has a high value because the card is in demand and playable in a lot of Decks as part of the Bystial engine.
The card itself is somewhat playable, but only in like 3 decks, really. Like a Pure a Dogmatika Deck, Blue Eyes Deck, or a Hybrid of both. Its not mandatory to play in the Meta, because of the summoning requirements, even if it is an Omni negate of sorts, it'll be to difficult to summon in other decks, and even in a Branded Variant, its not worth running, easy to utilize Dragoon over Maggia. It's not that terrible of a card, to be quite frank, just hard to summon, and can only be used in a few different decks. But I don't think it should have been locked to only be QCR Exclusive. The Magicians of Bonds and Unity had a poor effect, whereas this is actually somewhat usable, albeit for a few decks. Should have been a secret rare and QCR. Players should have access to it.
I would have preferred if they had treated this card like red eyes dark dragoon. Secret rare to sell the tins. This years tins are already the biggest ever so it still could have been lottery, but you get better odds than if you leave it as one per 100 boxes. It could have been a 100-200$ card which still isn't ideal, but it would be better than 5-700. Not to mention this card is VERY makeable in blue eyes AND we are supposed to be getting a new blue eyes structure deck soon. So will they reprint this for that deck or will they take the deck in a different direction entirely?
All i knpw is as a collecter i have no reason to buy any terminal revenge, when all i looked foword to was this card lol gotta wait to see how the price ends up
Collector-only cards should not have usable effects. Anotherverse Dragon is a great collectable card because you don't need it to build particular kinds of decks. Either this card should have the "This card cannot be used in a duel." text, it should be an alt-art, or it should be made available. This makes me feel like quitting again out of protest even though I quite love playing the game right now.
Dark Magician of Chaos is my favorite card, and I also love Blue Eyes White Dragon, not to mention I love Black Luster Solider. So this card is an amazing card that I want desperately bad. But unless I somehow get incredibly lucky and open it, I guess I’ll never have it since I’m not paying that ridiculous price. I’m definitely mixed on it because I really want it so hate it’s QCR only, but I love the idea of the card for collection.
It'll likely settle at around 400 after the initial openings, but I would expect it to climb until a reprint announcement, then it will probably go down into the 100's
I didn't think there is any problem in having clearly unplayable cards (such as vanilla monsters with below average stats) or alt arts hidden behind rarity pay wall. I think it could be beneficial as the collector's looking for the char card will drive down the price of all other cards
It's a marketing fail - the other cards that are only QCR were marketed as such - it wasn't a surprise, and it was clearly stated. This card is the cover card and the listing on Yugioh's website doesn't state a card is available only in QCR for this set. Other sets have called that out. So huge shock for those excited. It's also a very nostalgic card - meaning non collectors who play casual decks from their youth want it - they didn't care about 10 Thousand dragon... So yeah... It's a bummer it's only QCR because of it's appeal - just shows the other cards were duds except for the collectors
The problem is this shows how much Konami is with the player base. I’m a Yugiboomer at the beginning I still have a first Ed Dark magician from the first Yugi stater deck. I got back into the game and shamed to see how much Konami has taken advantage of hair our nostalgia with gross profit. Sure have collectors rare, qcr, starlite, but don’t put a card I want to play for fun so crazy expensive and rare 4-5 in 50 CASES. A lot of us are adults now with rent groceries bills, if they want the game to survive they have to realize we do this for fun, especially when being competitive only gives you bragging rights and not proper prizing, it doesn’t have to be money, but they have to show respect for a fan base that has been loyal for so long
I dont think its that bad. Its a collectors card, it doesn't look like a card that's meant to be a competitive card. Cards like this should be rare so if you manage to get one it'll be that much more special
Hi Ruxin, nice video with interesting aspects. But they did never reprint the 10k Dragon. I was afraid that they will do it on BoL Chapter 1 but they didn't!
Magia is still sitting 485. So, could almost call it 5. I'm still watching Phantom. The pull rate is really good. I'm hoping it drops after everyone gets their playsets. It's about 1 per 2 boxes. Hopefully it just hard drops at some point. I'm waiting for after release weekend. Worst case scenario, Phantom gets bought out.
I keep saying this. I was so hyped for this card. I love mixing deck I made this pet deck of BEWd branded and Dogmaitka when I saw this card. Knowing (as of right now) I can’t afford this card is something that’s insane. It’s 600+ for a nostalgia card and IMO a mid card
The card is pretty fun for a Blue Eyes or Dark Magician deck, and we all know those decks aren't meta and are usually for cheap fun. Key point, CHEAP. An over $500 card that is not and will not be meta defining... I agree with it being a QCR, but not only in QCR. We know it will be reprinted, and the single pricing is dumb high. The Magician's of Bonds and Unity are an only QCR but they're quite cheap for what they are, around $70 each. It's kinda more reasonable that way. But yeah, the price WILL go down. A LOT. And really soon, so I would suggest not buying any preorder and wait. Once the boxes open, and once the set cools down a bit, it will be a lot less.
It's for Blue-Eyes only. Dark Magician Decks can't run this effectively. Demand is a factor in pricing too which is why SP Little Knight is a lot for the QCR and even just in Secret Rare.
Hope you are right, the only card they haven’t reprint and it’s similar like that blue eyes card is the 10k dragon card so I’m praying they do reprint the blue eyes fusion 🙏🏽
I ordered the Japanese dragon master knight for 5$ just a tip if u want it with out cracking a bunch of boxs it looks sick in qcr but it's a cheaper option
My problem is it’s the cover card. It’s like hey, you like this card and want it? Well, the booster wrapper is the closest thing you’ll get to it. If it wasn’t the cover card, then I personally would have no issue with it.
I think you’re downplaying how easy it can be to make this card. You’re correct that it’s no S:P little knight and it can be costly to make, however, muddymudragon, king of the swamp, tearlaments, etc, can be really easy to get rolling and with the magicians souls engine being a thing in addition with it, especially now more so with rarity collection 2, you could make this off of two cards which is worth it to set up three negates. I don’t think this will be game breaking but all it takes is one person to figure out the crazy combo and then all the sudden the card is instantly more valuable. I could be wrong but this definitely not a bad card.
That’s not a good comparison as both it and magician of bonds and unity are celebratory cards designed in celebration of miles stones not playable cards in an archetype
remember the armageddon set? that 10k dragon hasnt been reprint for 4 years. Dragon magia, i doubt that ill play it even though you can use fusion armament to get the ulti dragon.
Magia being QCR exclusive kind of sucks especially since it is a new card and it's only playable printing. The alt art raye and roze are also only QCR in the set, but since they have so many other prints, even though these are new arts, they aren't that high compared to magia.
Yeah good information love these type of video. I love when their a chase as long as that's not the only one lol, that when you open ton of packs but at least you happy what you got even if you didn't get a chase.
Hey Ruxin, I really appreciate you for making accessible content like this for folks in the community! I agree that this card will most likely be $100. Thanks for putting out the fires 🔥 😂
The difference between Magia and all the other example qcr's you pointed out was that there existed other lower and cheaper rarities for those cards. Being only available in qcr, helps the cards value stay high. Considering the set has 25 qcr cards and the pull rate is about 3 per case. This means that Magia is statistically a 1 out of every 8 and a third cases. Reprinting this card would kill its value. If you think people would be mad about it being only qcr, imagine how mad they would be if konami made the dumb decision to reprint it after people bought it for the inflated price. Konami would be smart to not reprint this.
And that's why people shouldn't buy it for the "inflated" price of they have an idea that it might get a reprint lmao this community is full of grown up children with no self control
THIS. This is exactly why I’m selling all my modern “high end” cards & not touching modern YGO anymore. They have PROVEN they will REPRINT ANY & EVERYTHING. Rarity Collection 2 & RP01 were the nails in the coffin.
$2 version in 2 months... I really wouldn't mind if it came in this rarity , as long as it is not relevant to the metagame, like some sort of cool nostalgic print or art we don't normally get, but also I really don't want to see them print this as some rare for $0.50 in 2 months... Always love from the potato homie !
Yeah not a big fan of starlights in the first place so I don't even open sets with them in it then not having it in a lower rarity makes me not wanna open that set even more
While I would love to chase this card. The extent of my chase will be what it is with every set. 1 booster box and maaaaybe a couple of blisters here and there. I buy 1 box of every set.
This is why my local Targets and Walmarts are starting to move cards behind counters or glass. Too many thieves that don’t want to spend to try to get easy cards to flip.
I don't hate the idea behind this but imo they need to do like pokemon and have alternate art high rarity chase cards; they've done the same for rush and imo they should just do it with the standard game
Im not all interested in that card whatsoever but its still not fair to keep that one new print in only the highest rarity, especially when its the cover card of the set. If they were gonna do stuff like this then don't put it as a cover card and rather make the cover cards be what the set is suppose to be for
"Lol, this is why I just played Master Duel. Thirty gems, boom, got the card lmao. Plus, it's fifteen dollars in Japan. Konami is just out of their mind."

This card isn't half bad but the fusion requirement is pretty heavy
At most it’s three cards fusion armament for blue eyes ultimate a fusion spell and a chaos monster
Only coming in a QCR is crazy, especially since the pull chance is so low aND it won't see any competitive play because none of the competitive players are running a blue eyes or chaos 😭 and no blue eyes player is gonna drop that much to run it in their deck, ohhhhh konamiiii
It's like Ten Thousand Dragon, for collecting purposes and nothing else
@@ShiningJudgment666 Agreed. I see this card doing things.
I just don't understand how the ocg can get the same card in ultra, secret, and qcr in the same set and we have to deal with this nonsense.
It's cause people complain about it then turn around & buy cases to pull the card(s) then do the same thing the next set.
If we want change to happen then people need to boycott a few sets but that won't ever happen.
The TCG subsidizes the OCG. It's called a scam and Konami knows what they are doing.
Boycotting afew sets only hurts peoples locals and does nothing to konami
@@logandelaharpe6362
The more stores drop YUGIOH, the better. It sends a message to Konami that people aren't willing to play.
As a pure collector, not getting this will definitely hurt my full collection OCD 😅
i was so excited to make my Blue-eyes ritual deck a bit more modern, but i just gave up and printed it
I feel this so hard man
Proxying is based
I think the comparison to Bystial Lubellion isn't the best because that has other lower rarity printings (DABL ScR and MP23 PScR) where as Dragon Master Magia will only be available in this one (for now). I think this might be more like Ten Thousand Dragon, which only has the one high rarity print and is super expensive because of it. I really do hope this will drop to ~$100 but idk.
I won’t drop till reprint is announced
Ruxin on copium or has no understanding of the situation
@@logandelaharpe6362good. Glad premium cards in a set will hold value for a little bit
You can use some sort of Fusion Substitute in place of BEUD
Definitely. I don't understand why some people say its hard to summon DMN
Fusion armament
Who else watching after magia hit 750$
Lol
Over 800 now
I dont mind the exclusive cards and I’m happy that konami is trying these sorta things.
It's fun pulling and knowing ya can pull. If you don't like the cards in the set, don't buy the set. Personally don't see an issue with it, it's fun
Nobody had this energy with junk warrior, rarity locked and exclusive art 🤷♂️
Keep crushing Rux 🙌
I’d prefer one I can actually read not coping
Players just find it dumb that Komoni is paywalling the card since OCG has the same card in other lower tier rarities, giving OCG players the option to buy/pull at a cheaper cost. I get both sides.
I love when you talk about market theory and stuff. Great conversations to have!
I am so happy I pulled this from 1 box today.
I don't think any card should be unobtainable make a premium version of a card sure. All the other examples have common versions.
Branded can aim to summon it with frightfur & edgeimp chain stuff keeper of dragon magic, in blue eyes itself there's options there's options
is a very simple 3 card combo
@@Ragnarok540 true, should just use fusion parasite
It'll probably be reprint shortly, maybe in the MP24 or in the end of the year Collector Set
Ten thousand dragon and bonds and unity say hi
Dark Magician of Chaos is my favorite card, and I also love Blue Eyes White Dragon, not to mention I love Black Luster Solider. So this card is an amazing card that I want desperately bad. But unless I somehow get incredibly lucky and open it, I guess I’ll never have it since I’m not paying that ridiculous price. I’m definitely mixed on it because I really want it so hate it’s QCR only, but I love the idea of the card for collection.
So whats the difference between this and a starlight rare?
The name text is slightly different as well as the 25th anniversary stamp.
Yeah Ruxin your wrong on this, doesn't matter if the card is good or bad if the OCG have in 3 set of rarities of release we should get it as well.
Thanks for this video. End of day, even though I know you all won’t do this, but STOP buying things out of fear! wait, just wait, 🤦♂️ my gosh.
I will wait for the reprint just a vool artwork to have on my folder and maybe try in a deck. I like these videos Ruxin keep up the great work.
Wild that they made it the cover card when it's so difficult to get
It'll only be $100-$150? I'm really hoping for that because I want a copy.
Reminds me of Ten Thousand Dragon. I know it’s kinda different being a special rarity and everything, but it feels similar
Card is short printed to hell, onky available as a QCR, super hype and actually usable and he thinks it'll only be $100. Who let bro cook? 😂😂
The only way this card drops in price is if they reprint it in the upcoming structure deck.
Hi Ruxin, nice video with interesting aspects. But they did never reprint the 10k Dragon. I was afraid that they will do it on BoL Chapter 1 but they didn't!
Just give them time haha
Boo hoo, boo boo hoo boo it's the cover card boo hooo
So why not taking king of the swamp for ultimate 👀
I think a better comparison would be the 10K dragon from the other battles set. Only available in that starlight rarity, without a reprint
10 000 dragon and magicians of bonds and unity are meant to be celebratory cards for mile stones
Magia is usable and great in blue eyes
You saying ten thousand dragon and bonds and unity are playable? Because they certainly arez they're just not good just like magia!
Magia being QCR exclusive kind of sucks especially since it is a new card and it's only playable printing. The alt art raye and roze are also only QCR in the set, but since they have so many other prints, even though these are new arts, they aren't that high compared to magia.
Yeah good information love these type of video. I love when their a chase as long as that's not the only one lol, that when you open ton of packs but at least you happy what you got even if you didn't get a chase.
if it comes to $70-80 I might buy one for collection like Magicians of bonds and unity I love those cards missing only one so far
Well, it’s still 500 plus everywhere atm!
Hey Ruxin, I really appreciate you for making accessible content like this for folks in the community! I agree that this card will most likely be $100. Thanks for putting out the fires 🔥 😂
All Ruxin did is show he has no understanding of the situation
The nostalgia tax is as lethal as the waifu tax for cards these days.
Ten thousand dragon and bonds and unity have a lower Rarity? Where?
And that's why people shouldn't buy it for the "inflated" price of they have an idea that it might get a reprint lmao this community is full of grown up children with no self control
For the fusion material am i wrong or could you Ultimate Fusion using 3 BEWD and a Blue-Eyes Chaos variant? Those aren't crazy hard to get a hold of
Or just fusion armament to summon ultimate
Yep. Blue-Eyes Chaos and Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Dragon are both Chaos Ritual monsters. And yeah, Fusion Armament to get out BEUD.
I could understand if they did this in like rarity collection as a QCR so it could at least be accessible
Im 4 booster boxes and about 50 blister packs in and ive pulled a few qcr but the best so far is beast tamer lara
Sky Striker Raye and Roze are QCR only alt arts and im not cool with that.
Can you get these packs in uk yet?
THIS. This is exactly why I’m selling all my modern “high end” cards & not touching modern YGO anymore. They have PROVEN they will REPRINT ANY & EVERYTHING. Rarity Collection 2 & RP01 were the nails in the coffin.
Just make the pull rate slightly better and itll make people happier. Konami would never do such a thing though.
Classic Komoney to make a nostalgia card super hard to get
The problem of this card, is that it is the cover box art card!!! is just ridiculous not having access to it!
I think people just get freak out about presale value and as you said they will always get cheaper because they will always re-print
It won’t get cheaper til that reprint is announced
@@logandelaharpe6362 true just play the waiting game
I don't hate the idea behind this but imo they need to do like pokemon and have alternate art high rarity chase cards; they've done the same for rush and imo they should just do it with the standard game
Can’t wait for the whatnot stream! Great video as well!
Mobilize Engage is also expensive because it's the alt art.
Konami will reprint EVERY SINGLE CARD... except Air Neos.....
