For awhile, I was so hooked on La Madrileña that I never really took the time to enjoy the rest of the album. This came on while I was doing dishes, and I was just overwhelmed with sexy energy. Easily my favorite track in World of Hassle.
This song literally has not left my head since the first moment heard it. The speed at which this song imprints itself upon you is just breathtaking. Were you riffing on the Kmart tapes with this one by chance? Maybe it's just the flutes making me think that so strongly. Reminds me of those incredible Mladen Franko/Nick Ingman joints. Anyway. Absolutely blown away. Cannot stop talking about this album. I'm pretty sure this is easily getting AOTY from me.
