Topic 45: MOSFET CS Amplifiers Part 1

In this video we analyze the enhancement MOSFET, common source amplifier, using voltage divider biasing and full source bypassing. A relatively complete amplifier analysis is presented, including large-signal analysis using DC and AC load lines. The theoretical values obtained are compared with experimental values obtained using several different MOSFETs. A homework problem is also presented at the end of the video.

I definitely prefer "Depletion Mode" MOSFETs for audio applications. Like JFETs, they work closer to how vacuum tubes do. You should do a video like this on those.
