      @@TekamoHD I've been looking to work in AU and NZ as well. But decided to consentrate on Canada. The only thing I'm aware of is a thorny road to get the RedSeal qualification in CA. I like this system of evaluation, it seems to be righteous, but I'm afraid to not to be able to feed myself before achieving it.

    Sparks a nightmare give me hands on mechanicals anytime

    • @williamriquelme2147
      @williamriquelme2147 3 роки тому +6

      Hi Jon, I agree with your comment and, trust me when I say, most mechanics would prefer good 'ol fashioned mechanical systems...but unfortunately our manufacturers don't feel the same. They advance the technology on these machines and we are still required to repair them. So, as technicians, we have to run towards the technology and embrace it in order to keep up to date with technology.

    • @jondoherty3678
      @jondoherty3678 3 роки тому +1

      William Riquelme But is the right way to go it's something this type of machinery doesn't need it just cause more down time for the shake of a electronic sensor when the machine would run fine if it was not fitted Pull the dip stick check the oil water in rad idiot lights are all you need

    Think there's a resistor which fails so maybe not the Motor

    • @williamriquelme2147
      @williamriquelme2147 2 роки тому

      Hi James, Your comment on the resistor is well noted and that is why I like to bypass the entire control circuit and power up and ground the fan directly which identified the motor as being the issue. Thanks.

To answer your question, some truck shops will accept HD mechanics but others will not. you have to do some research and call around. Also, if you are a truck mechanic, you may be eligible to get credit for your experience. Contact the local ITA to learn more about it. www.itabc.ca/

    Hello ! Very interesting !
    How to do remove the slider front windshield on a Komatsu pw130es-6 ?
    My rollers needs to be changed, but it seems the 4 rollers pins to be welded on the windshield frame, so I don’t see how to remove it !!! Thanks ….

    • @williamriquelme2147
      @williamriquelme2147 Рік тому

      Hi Rene, Check out the link below, it may not be an exact machine make and model but it may be a similar removal procedure. There is always a way to remove these rollers, that may be pressed on to the shaft pins. I hope this helps.

      @@williamriquelme2147 hello and thank you for your effort. Actually I have finally found the way, it was very tricky. It was necessary to remove the « sky » of cabine, Also necessary to put the seat at correct angle. After removing the rear lock, it was possible to slide the windows fully rear and it would pass thru openings. I remade the rollers with 3D print rollers I designed. Works fine now 😀. The trick was nobody would guess it’s possible , once the sky removed it appeared

    I have a pc 138 kamatso, it keeps blowing the fuses for the AC. The AC will run a while and than quit. Bad relay maybe? Any help or suggestions would be very helpful

    • @williamriquelme2147
      @williamriquelme2147 Рік тому

      Hi Scott, apologies for my delayed response, I assume you have repaired by now and when you say AC, I assume you mean the blower motor?
      First of all make certain that you are using the correct fuse, then check all connections (make certain all electrical connections and grounds are tight). I would disconnect it and check to see if it spins freely and there is no drag, if bushings are worn you feel a drag or some side to side play (in this case motor may need to be replaced). Just for testing purposes, you may also want to swap out the relay with another less useful (not important) relay. Look for any melted insulation or hot wires, faulty or loose switches - heat creates resistance in a circuit and will blow fuses.
      I hope this information helps.

      Hello ابو محمد العراقي, You should know better about seeking help. You would need to provide much more information about the machine operation and status of when it is overheating. I assume you are referring to 80 degrees Celsius???
      If it is equipped with an EGR System, then the top temperature may be up to about 230F which is approx. 110 degrees Celsius.
