I was proud to travel through Singapore and Malaysia with absolute minimal plastic a few years back!! A challenge I set for myself. By putting in a bit of extra effort and being prepared, travelling sustainably is definitely possible!! Great video as per usual Anna!!
That's so good! I'm going to attempt a 15 days without plastics challenge in a month or so :) we'll see how that goes. They are so ubiquitous & hard to escape! And absolutely, a little extra prep can go a long way for sustainable travel. Keep up the great content!
Thank you for bringing this topic! I love to travel and sustainability and we should always remember we need those gestures to keep having our beautiful planet to appreciate and to discover :)
I have never heard of that shoe brand, they are good looking shoes too, sometimes that seems to be hard for sustainable brands, that's awesome. I wonder what type of price range they run? I've heard of those collapsible menstrual cups, that is so cool! Do you find they are just as sturdy as a traditional one? I just got my first Lush haul not too long ago, great company, we were bummed they got rid of our favorite soap bar scent but happy to support a sustainable brand still. Great video! I also have a channel where I share about sustainability as well. I would love for you to check it out. Otherwise thank so much for sharing! I love watching videos like these so I know what I am missing out on. Keep up the great work! 💚🌎💙
Tropic Feel is on the expensive side (in my opinion), but they are very comfy and I'd much rather invest in these than the big brands, for example, Adidas, New Balance, Nike, etc. which cost the same price if not more! They are very very light (in terms of weight), which makes me question their durability but the materials seem to be good quality :) I'll check out your channel too!
@@AnnaChah I hear ya. I definitely have been a proponent of “voting with my dollars” so I’m okay spending a little more especially for companies that have good values and use sustainable materials. Thanks for your response, I’ll have to check it out. I appreciate that! 💚💚
What's your favorite zero-waste swap?
I use a period cup too. Love it!

Very good video ! Proving that travel doesn't have to have a massive impact on our beautiful planet ! Keep it up
