Investing 80% of ur savings in equity, out of individual stock picking u r relying on recommendations from other ytbers that too at this early stage, calmly do SIPs in top good quality large cap stocks every month or weekly basis (varies upon the source of income u r making)
Don't rely on others recommendations, which is pure stupidity
Moral of the story: "People with knowledge don't have money, people with money don't have knowledge" (In finance field)

Exactly, last year in a video Akshat Srivastava said he will not be buying Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), as he is expecting the stock will witness PE contraction (fall in PE & fall in share price), as he it doesn't worth this high PE (20 PE at that time when he made the video), so after this video which got over 3.50 lakhs views, atleast 70% of those will have Reliance Industries directly (Individual stock) or else indirectly (Nifty 50 bees, Nifty 100 bees, Nifty large cap bees, Nifty Oil & gas etc... ) would hv dumped their shares
After stock fell over 5% from his video, he made a video few weeks later by saying he bought shares in Reliance Industries (with screenshot) worth couple of lakhs, now the stock is up over 35% since the time he said he expect PE contraction & stock correction in the stock, now people who watched his video & done accordingly r the losser who end up losing 30-35% returns from Reliance Industries in just a span of 3.5 months

I am sure he is good salesman. Nobody earns 1.4L in salary being fitness trainer (aka employee of gym).
He must have made or making people to buy overpriced commodity of training along with consumables.
Yes Himanshu, you are right. Earning this much in Indian gyms is hard but I have never worked as a gym trainer, I started as an Online fitness trainer from the day 1.
Also I have never sold any supplements or anything to anyone. All of the earnings have always been through my ONLINE FITNESS TRANSFORMATION program :)

Moving 50L from Mutual Funds to direct stocks is the dumbest financial decision I have ever seen. And that too without research by trusting a stranger.
Although a youtuber from Goa was not named here, everyone in comments is assuming it's him. One reason is that he has been belittling mutual funds for a long time. He says why pay a fund manager fees when all can pick stock on their own. He's also against long term investing and says that buy and hold is a stupid strategy. Once upon a time, he was a big supporter of crypto and promoted a crypto exchange that went bust. I don't know why a lot of people blindly trust him. Anyone with some degree of financial education knows that what he suggests will bring financial ruin to a middle class person. Just don't follow that guy!

You are right. There’s not tons of money in fitness industry as it's still growing but top 5% earners in any field earn good. So I am an outlier. :)

2:34 Guys for those who wonders is that Net Income or Gross Income, obviously it is Gross Income, this industry brings a decent OPM of 10-30%, so if we assume the profit margin for this company 25% (reason: STARTUP : Money Burning for almost 90% of the startups), so his company's annual NPM (Net Profit Margin) will be less than 20% after deducting taxes

Need a quick suggestion!
I have a home loan running at around 8.7% and I pay monthly EMI of 45k with the tenure of 20yrs. Overall loan amount which I borrowed is 56Lkhs.
So, The question is i have a liquid cash of 40 lakhs with me and I am willing to prepay 50% of it for my Homeloan. Will this be a wise decision and I am open for suggestions.

Also workout is my priority and that 1 hour in the gym is what I absolutely love and look upto in a day so it's not huge honestly. Just my priority and I love to spend on it.
