As a wheelchair user, I would be grateful if you would record the registration plates of the vehicles blocking the paveme😢nt. They need stopping. They could at some time in the future, become paralysed in the blink of an eye.

Actually if you look closely the pavement ends and the kerb turns in to what looks like used to be an entrance but is now just a fence and used for parking. If the entrance is no longer used then it should be restored to a pavement though.
I believe not. But its a must really as most roads are to narrow but I'm sure I'll be corrected now as most can't answer a question unless it's to criticise another 😂
It's not illegal to have at least 2 wheels on the pavement, I don't know if it's a law or just common courtesy but you should leave sufficient space for wheelchairs and prams to pass though. Whether all 4 wheels can be on the pavement if sufficient space is available, that I don't know either, so in summary I don't know much :)
