The Prime Minister repeatedly reminds us that climate action should not burden ordinary households. We agree. But that doesn’t mean slowing down on the transition - it means
putting fairness at its core, to tackle the climate and inequality crises together. 🌍
➡️ We have the solutions - what’s missing is the political courage to hold those most responsible to account.
This is why we’re continuing our work on #ClimateJustice.
Together with activists and allies around the world, we’re demanding that the UK government stops expanding oil and gas extraction and increases taxes on the biggest and richest polluters to raise the funds needed for climate action.
