What a wonderful legacy. Even before his TV fame Leo accomplished so much and in a way that gave recognition to his family heritage. He owned a home right around the block from me in Freeport, NY (I love that house) during his days as a Broadway performer. But California was his true home and he made the most of it.

What a rich legacy Leo Carrillo left! TCM just re-aired The Guilty Generation and I watched it AGAIN. Your GGGG-Grandfather's warm, unmatched classy style shines through! Every time I watch it, I get choked up at the ending! Thanks for sharing!

The Cisco Kid was one of my favourites as a kid and I'm watching it again now. Still great. I haven't been able to find much on Leo Carrillo so this video was most illuminating. Thanks.

It is wonderful to view the history of an area where I am selling a home. I recently took a listing in Beautiful Rancho Carrillo and decided to visit this park and learn more about the history of this area. The beautiful peacocks were an added delight!

I'm watching "The Cisco Kid" series for the second time. For me, Leo Carrillo and his magnificent humor made that series. God bless Leo Carrillo RIP

Leo has always been an actor, starting in my area he would act, sing and dance in my city’s dance house and in an a ghost town. Him and his cousin (Thomas More Storke) were the most famous people in California with their famous family history . Long live Mr. California (Leo Carrillo) and Mr. Santa Barbara (Thomas M. Storke)
