What are your thoughts on Ebikes? Should they be speed limited here in the UK? Currently they are set to 15.5mph and no throttle allowed. My thoughts are that I would like them to have a top speed of 20mph, this would enable them to safely sit in traffic and keep up with the traffic flow in these new 20mph areas. I think this would make it safer for everyone and perhaps even discourage some riders from riding on the footpaths when they know they will be just as safe on the roads? As for throttle assistance again a good thing in my opinion as this could allow a rider to accelerate out of harms way. A contentious issue perhaps and some I'm sure will disagree. We are all allowed to have an opinion:)
20mph is a fair compromise, and throttle control too. Any faster would probably entail having a license and being road taxed, which takes away the beauty and freedom of cycling completely.
Doesn't make sense to me. Why is it safer to keep up with traffic in 20 mph zone. What about 30,40 etc zones. It's pedal assist,as soon as you fit a throttle it's no longer pedal assist and therefore not a bicycle.
If you are going to put speed limits on bikes because of safety purposes then they should put a maximum speed on cars of 50mph which is about the same.
If they keep coming Paul you will be the next to get one gratis ! Thats if you would like one? but not the T1pro that I'm hopefully getting soon, that one's for me:)
@@WiltshireMan Well Sandy I'm a bit lost for words to be honest mate, again that is a kind and generous offer and one that I would be foolish to turn down, thank you sincerely. I watched Simon a bloke in the woods take his T1 pro out, quite impressive results, can't blame you for keeping that mate.
What a great review and awesome bike, I will certainly be considering one of these for my summer adventures. Lovely thing to do giving it away to your friend it will bring so much freedom well done Sandy and Engwe.
Big man with a big heart Sandy, well done you at giving your friend a new lease of life and an extremely good get about she probably would have never got herself.
Hi Sandy 👋🏻👋🏻. Didn’t you look spiffy effortlessly pedalling the ‘flamingo pink’ e-bike up Uffington Hill. 😄😄😄. A very kind and generous gift to your friend Lorraine, the wonderful smile on her face and her squeals of delight are proof of just how happy she is to receive it 👍👍👍. Never tire of seeing Uffington Hill and the surrounding area, the views are absolutely gorgeous. Once again I’m sure the e-bike people will appreciate the review that you gave of the bike, the ride you took us on will definitely give people the urge to order one and enjoy getting out on a bike again. How fortunate your friend is to get a beautiful, and practical Ebike. I hope she gets lots of pleasure from riding it. A good bike for shopping too! You are very kind Sandy.
Those views yhough Sandy...priceless! Totally agree with the speed thing. I've got my cruiser upped and use that speed when at the farm or the stables...Great to quickly check the fence line, making sure all the fences are attending. I can clock up downhill, momentum driven and no power at 35mph, before I bottle it a bit and use the brakes. Think with my fat butt in the saddle and the hammock gear on the bike too got me rolling at those downhill speeds to be honest. Your friend must be stoked with her new gift....very generous of you. Got a Burley trailer for my bike, to carry my power bank and backpack, for when I want to spend time flying the drone for any period of time. Yet to set up the trail camera...think I might wait for the spring leaves to appear, before I set it up, so it's more concealed. All the best from Chislehurst, Kent buddy
Steve, sounds like you've souped the bike up, are you still using the Himiway? I was impressed by that bike, I gave it to my friend Dickie and he also unlocked it but found battery range did drop quite a bit.
@@WiltshireMan Yes buddy, still got it...40 miles while living in a pretty hilly area...not so long on the hills, as steep. I could possibly get it about 45 miles, but don't want to drain the batteries down that far. I'm hoping the trailer will come into it's own and thatbitll take a lot of top heavy weight from the bike for the sake of balance in the wooded parts. I am happy I guess, pottering along at 15mpg....just so I can recce a couple of good trees with some concealment, to hang the hammock from. Too fast and I might just miss the ideal spot. When I get to the stables, I open it up and check the fences and horses, while my mate Bex makes me a lovely cuppa...is tempting in some hairy stretches of road to up the speed, but as you know...the older we get, the more damage is done when we come off....only takes a didalo in a car or van(and goodness knows we have enough of em in England) and 5 miles could make all the difference. Yet you look at the difference in one of the Scandinavian countries...they have dedicated cycle paths that you can ride, where you never have to come into contact with motor vehicles and they're even more direct to their destination at the same time ..what an amazing infrastructure they have there
i am not sold yet on e power items, but a bike is perfect. i still can ride with out the need for assistance yet, but when i think its time, i will be back to watch the entire thing over again.
Nice review Sandy, and how very generous of you to donate the bike to a friend who'll make good use of it. I bought one of these (in green) before Christmas. I absolutely love it. With COPD holding me back over the past few years, it's been a godsend. I've got my independence back. I can now go to the doctors, chemist, post office and supermarket without spending a fortune on buses. I will be able to go have a brew in the cuds like I used to, no longer restricted to places on a bus route. After market support is sadly lacking though among ebike companies, and most bike repair shops won't help. As a former cyclist, I should (touch wood) be able to tinker with most maintenance. Again, thanks for the review. It was a good watch. All the best to you.
Thanks Liam, glad to know you are able to get out and some exercise with your L20. I must admit when I first saw the bike I thought it wouldn't ride so well but I was wrong, it actually rides very well and is very comfortable. The racks make this bike one of the most practical I have ridden
Nice thing to do Sandy , agree about speed and throttle , I have done nearly two k miles on a very similar bike mostly pulling a trailer but with 350w and a 23 AH battery , the joy on her face tells us all we need to know .
You have some good content sandy. I have recently started,in last two years, riding An e bicycle. An e bicycle is pedal assist and this point is crucial for it to be called an e bicycle. As soon as you put a throttle on it,it is no longer a bicycle. I can keep up with cars in the 20 mph zones without the use of a throttle. I don't understand the advantage of filtting a throttle so some can keep up with traffic in the 20 mph zones. What about the 30,40 etc mph. E bikes can go over the speed, that the assist mode, cuts out. As I say as soon as you got a throttle or tamper with the bike overcome the restricted it is no longer classed as a bicycle and should be subject to the laws that govern other vehicles on the road. Essentially for me using an e bike is a smarter way of getting some exercise in the country side. But I respect your views.
I would say the biggest advantage of a throttle only comes in the first few seconds. On this particular ebike the assistance doesn't cut in immediately, normally takes two or three rotations of the crank before the motor kicks in, now just imagine your about to cross a busy road, maybe have the bike in a tall gear, then you wait til it's clear and start to cross, Now if you have misjudged things you may not be able to get out of harms way quickly enough! The throttle is only really practicable in these first few moments or if as in the case of my friend Lorraine her knee packs in and she can't pedal, then atleast she can get home thanks to a throttle control.
Looks like a great bike. once again being a "Nre Endlander" I rather enjoy the countryside vides. love the thatch homes. along the way. pity on the little drone petering out on you. sounds like it needs a more "beefy" battery setup. for the cold Wx. G4PVM is often heard on 80 meters too, I have watched him on reverse beacon calling CQ and when you qsy to his qrg he is never there despite calling him. He seems to jump qrg and bands very quickly!
Just finishing breaking in a new L20. My first electric bike so not a lot to compare it to but so far its turning out to be a fantastic machine, robust and capable of getting me out of trouble as well as into it and I am looking forward to the summer so I can really push the range on some long rides. I guess I qualify as an 'older' rider now but have a couple of health issues that make impact exercise like walking or running almost impossible. Having spent a couple of years unable even to ride my mountain bike (my main transport) I was deteriorating in overall physical and mental health and so buying an ebike could have potentially been a costly mistake. I was attracted to the L20 for range and carrying capacity (photography kit on the back rack, etc) but also because I'd seen lots of positive reviews recommending it for those who find riding a traditional bike difficult for one reason or another, with one disablity + review suggesting, "if you can stand you can probably ride this bike." What they should have said was "If you can stand, this bike will take you 40 miles, no problem." After a handful of rides I'm already losing weight, improving muscle tone and am relying on fewer medications for pain management. They should be giving ebikes away on the nhs! In terms of some of the broader questions you've asked. Not everybody uses speed responsibly and perhaps the current speed restrictions help to make those situations easier to identify. (I have tried the L20 derestricted and its white knuckle like being strapped into a WW2 fighter plane!) I am quite keen for cycling to remain egalitarian and available to all and if a rise in speed limits makes this harder (tax, insurance, tests etc) then that is probably counterproductive to the whole, for the benefit of a few (vehicle speed limits are far more severely restricted in those 20mph zones than ebikes are already). I understand throttles are a bit of a blessing sometimes, especially with a bike like the L20 which is pitched to older riders, and perhaps there could be something akin to a blue badge scheme that would allow those who need to, to derestrict that. I have barely touched mine save in trials, but for a lot of health compromised riders it is the difference between exercise and no exercise at all. At heart the L20 is basically a sexy mobility scooter for people who don't have balance issues. I think probably with an ageing population as we have, there is more of a positive case to be made for ebikes here than at the speed demon end of the market. I read this week the government are launching a consultation round all of this, in the way they do when they realise they're not fleecing enough of the population. We'll see how that turns out soon I guess.
Thats great to hear you are enjoying the L20 and it's getting you out, I have to get out as often as possible if even for just a short ride on my Ebike or conventional bike, the benefits are there for sure and I always feel better after the ride, mind you when the weather has been cold and damp I find the hardest thing is getting the bike out the door, but once out and riding it's a sheer joy:) Wishing you the Best of Health Sandy
Well done Sandy and Dave, I am sure it will get plenty of use. We purchased a couple of ebikes a year ago, only pedal assist and no throttle. Best decision gets us out riding more and now we take them with us when travelling.
I can see the time approaching when I shall be using Ebikes most of the time, I have a bit of trouble in my right hip now so some assistance will keep me going:) Still mostly ride my conventional bike at the moment though
Brilliant review Sandy! As a keen road and MTB lover, I'm keen to have one of these funky bikes to ride some epics and combine some wild camps. I suffer now on owt over 50 miles (old injuries and being 66 you know😉) so this would suit me a treat👌👍😎
Hi Marty, I know how old age can effect us, it's starting to show in my right hip and I guess it won't get any better so an Ebike is the way forward I reckon. This is a very usable bike Marty, the cargo ability makes it practical for people like us who like to get out, practice bushcraft and wild camp etc.
Yes Peter I have been there in the past but don't have time to include it on this route. Here's a video of my last visit there: ua-cam.com/video/hAhIrz7uOTY/v-deo.htmlsi=xa4XD4AEN6Fat-4K&t=600
A nice way to flatten Uffington Hill. I agree E-bikes are a great development and can be a real asset in helping people enjoy cycling. My only concern is when used at speed on pavements and in the vicinity of people walking they can be very dangerous. I have had two lucky escapes recently riding my bike, when e-bikes going at excessive speed have just miss colliding with me. I have to say in the right hands they are a brilliant addition to the cycling world.
Your arms look overextended in this video. I would adjust the handlebars to bring your hands back towards the saddle a little. I think you'd find it a lot more comfortable. Lovely scenery around Uffington!❤
Agree with all your comments regards speed increase to 20 mph and hand throttle for safety reasons. Common mistake for new riders is stop in to high a gear which results in a difficult pull away at junctions ,hand throttle would eliminate this . Only problem with Chinese bikes is finding a cycle shop to repair or maintain them. I live in Bath ..not one cycle shop will touch a Chinese bike ( I own an Engwe Pro) and love it.brilliant value
I think the problem is that Chinese bikes are very good value ( if you buy the right model) and the European alternatives are so expensive . I use a Reisse & Muller cargo bike for my pest control business.cost more than a small car but it will last..because I can no longer use my Defender because of the stealth tax ( emission zone)
Really good honest review of the bike. You are a true gent and an honest guy. All the very best Sandy your vlogs never disappoint. Best wishes Lindsay and Mike
I would have done those hills easily on level 3 its quite a powerful bike on its uk settings, all i did to kine was enable the throttle for easy take offs and getting past any dangerous spots.
Fantastic idea, you really made Lorraine really happy. A great idea, i like the way she gave you both the slip in the woods 🤣. Great little bikes, at a good price. Not sure how far they would go loaded ? But with a second battery a great adventure bike. Well done to you and Dave and keep up the good work. 👍.
That is exactly what I do. a 40L drybag fits on front rack. large panniers on back rack. It carries a ton of gear. Best thing I've bought in years. With a spare battery, the range is amazing.
Another great video very helpful I have to switch to an e bike at 61 years of age because of Psoriatic Arthritis its finally got the better of me. Getting old I suppose I would like to know would you recommend the Engwe l20 or the T1 Pro. I live in the Rheinland Germany so it is as flat as a pancake here boring but cycle paths everywhere. I really loved your trips out to Wales on the motorbikes I'm an old Rhondda Boy who stayed in Germany after Military Service and I do miss Wales a small country which packs a big punch. I wish you well on your future adventures and hope you carry on for many years to come . Good Luck from Germany
Hi Ian, The T1 is the better built bike but is also quite a bit more money, both are quite well made and are both cargo bikes but again the T1 will carry a heavier pay load. It's not fun getting older, I also have a few aches and pains now!
It's not that bad to be fair as the gearing is tailored low but ofcourse a conventional bike would be lighter and have thinner tyres and less resistance. I think it's fair to say anyone who buys this bike will mostly be using some assistance though
What was the range of the bike Sandy? What percentage of the battery did that trip use? Do you think that you'd be able to ride all day on one battery charge?
Thanks Sandy. I agree with you about the twenty mph and accelerator too, only problem is that so many tearaway kids are terrorising council estattes on unregulated e-bikes at the moment and the police can't catch them so they're not likley to ease up on the rules. @@WiltshireMan
yep do like those cargo style utility bikes, and 20mph with the better frames, brakes than 1963 era so why not a good throttle grip as well rather than a button...
I believe it's badged up as 250W and cuts off at the UK limit but I think the motor is probably rated for more power though I don't personally know how to derestrict it. There is another youtuber who has a video on this bike: ua-cam.com/video/ebFzs3g3TLg/v-deo.htmlsi=Dc5uYiHgb1GxSFpA
Well me old mate, looks like a right little work horse that one., Mind you I think the colour might need to be a little more subdued. As for the limiting speeds of Ebikes, that plan silly, I mean even I can get a long on my normal legged powered bike at 25, - 30 with out to much trouble. Good useful Video as always Sandy, Regards Moose
They will tell you not to leave it on the charger for any longer than necessary otherwise there could be a fire risk, this is well known now. If you maintain the battery properly the risk is minimal
Good honest review of what looks like a really well built solid bike. E-Bikes are a great way to get out and about to places that you might not get to on a normal bike. Thanks for sharing.
Plenty of colour in this bike Bry, Flaming Pink:) Poor Lorraine has been through the mill in recent years, firstly she had the same battle that you had and now she has a type of arthritis. On a bad day she can hardly move so the bike will be a big help for her.
Excellent! Great video! Loved it! Great to see the fellas building it while the ladies read the instructions 🤣🤣🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️…. Great looking thing though I’ll probably stick to my v8 4.3 truck for now lol…. Thank you for another great and honest video Sandy! Very best wishes my friend 👍🏻👍🏻😎
I like the look of that bike and when I Googled it I am surprised with the price. hopefully next month I'm moving back to the area I was before my divorce so I'll be back around the forests so that would be a good bike to go foraging and come back with an odd log or 2 for the wood stove😉 how well dose it pedal with a flat battery? Is it difficult. Is there a recommended total weight for it as I'm already 21stone.
@@WiltshireMan unfortunately I had to sell my honda nc700 to help pay for the legal costs for the divorce which cost me over £4000 just for the solicitors at the end. I would like another motorbike again I have still got all my clothing and helmet in storage but I'm not sure what to get wether I start again on a 125 or I look for a 250cc bike just to get my confidence back. But after the nearly 8 year gap not riding after the last near fatal crash then I got the Lexmoto zsb 125 for a month then I got the Honda nc700 for maybe 6 to 8 months I know my nerves and confidence will never be the same. But there is jobs to do on the house first when we eventually complete and get the keys. I have still got my gopro and would like to record again but I thought whether to change the channel name or start a new channel altogether it would be nice if I meet someone who also rides bikes and likes making UA-cam videos that would be a great help😆
Hi Sandy amazing machine ,but not for me I am too old and too old fashioned, bikes should be pedaled Hi electric bike are like digital typed electronic Morse hi
Haha, nice analogy Trig, but I would disagree with you, these ebikes are great assets for someone who isn't in the best of health or has leg/ joint probs. It gets you out and in the fresh air and you will still get the benefit of some exercise and you can pedal the bike as much or as little as you like
You hopefully are able to see from the Video Title what this video is about. If it's not your cup of tea then can I please ask Why did you watch in the first place?
I only watched the first few seconds ! When I first came across your channel, I was amazed at aĺ the things you were doing, especially the parameter stuff, I couldn't do it, also you seem a talented bloke, knife making etc, explaining historical contexts of your cycling and hiking adventures. I keep checking in as occasionally you still make videos where you're not promoting a product but they seem to be coming less and less. I still think you're a talented chap and worth watching , it just seems that the channel is changing direction so that you become no different to any other similar channel. Of course I daresay you disagree with me, but its just the impression I get. Still think you're a talented bloke though !
The main motive for this video was two fold, but most importantly this bike was a gift for a very brave lady who has been battling some very serious health issues, you'd have seen that if you'd watched more than the first few seconds! Still amazed you even watched that much! Please read the title! I always give an accurate description! There will be future videos which will have non promotional content. The odd promotion is a big help for me, income from watch time is ridiculously low so when a decent product is offered and if I feel it is something that I would like to try and is in alignment with the outdoor nature of this channel then I will that! What is wrong with that? Thankyou Sandy @@MrPElms

(I have tried the L20 derestricted and its white knuckle like being strapped into a WW2 fighter plane!)
I am quite keen for cycling to remain egalitarian and available to all and if a rise in speed limits makes this harder (tax, insurance, tests etc) then that is probably counterproductive to the whole, for the benefit of a few (vehicle speed limits are far more severely restricted in those 20mph zones than ebikes are already).
Thats great to hear you are enjoying the L20 and it's getting you out, I have to get out as often as possible if even for just a short ride on my Ebike or conventional bike, the benefits are there for sure and I always feel better after the ride, mind you when the weather has been cold and damp I find the hardest thing is getting the bike out the door, but once out and riding it's a sheer joy:)
Wishing you the Best of Health
Sandy
Well done Sandy and Dave, I am sure it will get plenty of use. We purchased a couple of ebikes a year ago, only pedal assist and no throttle. Best decision gets us out riding more and now we take them with us when travelling.
I can see the time approaching when I shall be using Ebikes most of the time, I have a bit of trouble in my right hip now so some assistance will keep me going:) Still mostly ride my conventional bike at the moment though
nice colour... i have the L20 SE...the large colour screen on mine is brilliant
Great video Sandy another possible barrow to visit is Bela knap near Winchcombe 5 mile from Cheltenham.
Yes Peter I have been there in the past but don't have time to include it on this route. Here's a video of my last visit there: ua-cam.com/video/hAhIrz7uOTY/v-deo.htmlsi=xa4XD4AEN6Fat-4K&t=600
I think she was happy 😃
Bless your hearty good self. Ive got me flamingo on route..looks fantastic colour.. ❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😅
Hi Charles, You will always get some folk who will abuse things I suppose. Got another one coming today, which I have been wanting for a while:))
Cracking little bike, good price too. What a lovely thing to do, it really put a smile on her face.
Thanks John, These cargo ebikes are just so practical, I think Lorraine is very happy:)
It's a bit of a concern regarding servicing but I bet a lot of other bikes have chinese parts, maybe they are interchangeable?
I think the problem is that Chinese bikes are very good value ( if you buy the right model) and the European alternatives are so expensive . I use a Reisse & Muller cargo bike for my pest control business.cost more than a small car but it will last..because I can no longer use my Defender because of the stealth tax ( emission zone)
I know how you feel Alan, it is deplorable what is happening with all the taxation nowadays@@alanvaughan4143
Really good honest review of the bike. You are a true gent and an honest guy. All the very best Sandy your vlogs never disappoint. Best wishes Lindsay and Mike
I'm seriously considering this bike
What a lovely gesture. Amazing thing for you to do.
Lorraine is a bit of a wild card when it comes to finding her way through the woods:)
I agree wholeheartedly Sandie
Just thinking of all the camping gear you could get on that.
That is exactly what I do. a 40L drybag fits on front rack. large panniers on back rack. It carries a ton of gear. Best thing I've bought in years. With a spare battery, the range is amazing.
@@onemanandhiszebramay I ask, ruffly how far can you go.? I understand it varies, but just interested . Thanks.
It would be great for that Mike:)
@@grantswheelstohills hi mate, per battery, for myself, I'd hazard a guess at 30-odd miles. something like that.
Hi Ian,
The T1 is the better built bike but is also quite a bit more money, both are quite well made and are both cargo bikes but again the T1 will carry a heavier pay load. It's not fun getting older, I also have a few aches and pains now!
With the high rolling resistance due to fat tyres how easy is it to pedal if you run out of battery power 👍
I would say this bike will easily do 40 miles with using maximum assist, as it was I used 33% battery to cover 42km
Thanks Sandy. I agree with you about the twenty mph and accelerator too, only problem is that so many tearaway kids are terrorising council estattes on unregulated e-bikes at the moment and the police can't catch them so they're not likley to ease up on the rules. @@WiltshireMan
That's a BMX on steroids! Serious looking bit of kit
It's good Oscar, they seem to be popular and not hearing any bad things about them regarding reliability sofar!
Nice E-Bike that Sandy, I couldn't see you riding the pink one 😂😂😂, your friend who was riding obviously loved it.❤❤❤
It was a lovely gift to give Lorraine, bet she was thrilled. 🚲
Lorraine is over the moon with her bike Angela :)@@angelanicholls9647
Loving your stuff bud
Thanks Dave:)
Very generous friends..god bless.
where did you get those glasses from whats the style name?
@ 7.40
The y are made by Bolle and I got mine from Amazon about £12
yep do like those cargo style utility bikes, and 20mph with the better frames, brakes than 1963 era so why not a good throttle grip as well rather than a button...
This style of Cargo bike is great for the likes of us Scott who go out bushcrafting and camping:)
indeed, but also little shopping errands, fish and chips, to and from work, a cool, funky little work horse...@@WiltshireMan
Great review Sandie, what a cracking looking bike(other colours are available 🤭), what setting was you using going up Uffington hill?
I was on max setting to go up Uffingto Colin, but the bike is restricted for UK, it can be unlocked if you so wish:)
Hi Sandy, was that the 250w. version ? Thanks, Chris.
Nice one sandy 👍
Thanks Marcus
Lovely bike Sandy 🍺🍺🚴
Der Lenker hätte etwas weiter zu der Dame gezogen werden müssen. So war er zu weit weg von ihr.
Trouble for me with throttle..is I'll forget when stoppin an going up a curb..itll shoot off by itself
HELLO FRIEND, I WANTED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION. DID YOU BUY THE BIKE HELMET AT VINTED?
No
Well me old mate, looks like a right little work horse that one., Mind you I think the colour might need to be a little more subdued. As for the limiting speeds of Ebikes, that plan silly, I mean even I can get a long on my normal legged powered bike at 25, - 30 with out to much trouble. Good useful Video as always Sandy,
Regards
Moose
There seem to be many stories in the news about these e-bikes catching fire when being charged.
Maybe keep it in a garden shed.
Then the shed will go up to.
What's dave riding
Looks like a good little bike. I should trade in my full size for one of those. Very practicable. Thanks, Sandy.🙂👍🚴♀️
I like a splash of colour, and that really is a splash haha, glorious!!! Well done on not falling off.....
I'd love a V8 4X4 at times Andy, one of them times could be today as I'm off out camping again:)
👍👍⛺️⛺️👍👍
Fabulous 😊 what a lovely thing to do.
Great review sandy I've just purchased a dji mini 4 Pro are you allowed to fly drones up where you were with all them great views thank you
Yes but you can't take off from National Trust property, take off from a footpath or the Ridgeway no problem. NT does not own the airspace
Thank you sandy
Well done that man
I like the look of that bike and when I Googled it I am surprised with the price. hopefully next month I'm moving back to the area I was before my divorce so I'll be back around the forests so that would be a good bike to go foraging and come back with an odd log or 2 for the wood stove😉 how well dose it pedal with a flat battery? Is it difficult. Is there a recommended total weight for it as I'm already 21stone.
Are you still riding motorbikes Simon?
😊😊👌👌👍👍❤❤
I can’t agree with throttle and 20mph minimum speed sandy as E bikes can be an absolute menace in towns and cities, people ride way too fast as it is.
Hi Ian, I pinned a comment (you can see it as the first comment) on my thoughts, we are all allowed to have an opinion and sometimes they will differ.
Excellent review. I'd have one if I could afford it! In fact; £1000 isn't bad for what you get.
I think for the price this bike is very good value provided it has a good life span. So far they appear to be robust
@@WiltshireMan Very much depends on Battery life, I'm sure the Bike will last a life time.
Ditch the drone and buy your self a descent DJI mini 3 or 4
I've already got one
Hi Sandy amazing machine ,but not for me I am too old and too old fashioned, bikes should be pedaled Hi
electric bike are like digital typed electronic Morse hi
Haha, nice analogy Trig, but I would disagree with you, these ebikes are great assets for someone who isn't in the best of health or has leg/ joint probs. It gets you out and in the fresh air and you will still get the benefit of some exercise and you can pedal the bike as much or as little as you like
Your channel use to be informative and engaging but now it seems its turning into another selling platform just like so many others !
Thankyou
Sandy
