I would like to thankyou members as well!!! I'm in a bad place health and financially so because of you I get to see her!!! I will join when get back on my feet but until then THANKYOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!❤❤❤❤
Hello Brandy! Your revamps are gorgeous! I actually have project #2, it's a mirror. Mine still has the old mirror in it. I've had it for a few years. I'm not sure what I want to do with it. But, yours has brought me some inspiration. Love the plant stand and wine bottle. The print you chose is lovely. Can't wait to see the blue and yellow prints. Thanks for all you do for us and your channel. Take care and God bless 😊
My master bath room. Has wallpaper on it about the same scenery but in black and white. I also have curtains in my master bedroom with the same scenery and same colors black and white colors. I love it. I really like the picture one. ❤😊
Beautiful pieces! Love the print! Such unique pieces! Thank you for sharing these ideas. I have an old night stand that is just begging to be made beautiful!
I love the plant stand and the frame is beautiful! I found one made exactly the same at one of our thrift stores in our town several years ago. My granddaughter loves the 40-50’s so when she turned 13 her Mom had her professional photos done and she had her hair done in that era style so that frame is what I used for my 8x10 of her! It is fabulous!!! I soo love this type of diys!❤
The frame is great! I could see putting batting behind the toilet and making it into a pinboard, too. Absolutely loved the plant stand. I have tools and and will put some of your ideas to use! Thanks for the instructions and rationale!
Great ideas, really appreciate how confident you have become since starting to share your ideas. Your creativity and encouragement really help crafters to try new ideas and to be on the lookout for items for crafting at thrift stores.
An awesome way to start my day. Thank you so much Brandy for all the work you do or us. I loved the fabric with all those scenes...what awesome finds you found whilst out thrifting x
@@MakingItMyOwn most definitely with the goodwill bins as we don't have anything like that here in the UK. I'm certainly not aware of anything like the bins. Our version of a thrift shop is called a charity shop and they don't carry much other than clothes and books.x
Hi there! Fabulous, beautiful transformations, thank you so much for sharing your talents & ideas with us! And yes… you are pronouncing toile de juoy properly. C’est bon!😊🌸🌺🌼
Brandy, I loved what you did with the picture frame. I inherited a very similar frame but it holds a picture of my parents on their wedding day in 1945. I will now be looking for one I can put my spin on. I have noticed you share you live in Alabama. I live in the northern part of the state near Gadsden. Small world! I am a subby to your videos and look forward to the future vids. God bless you and your family. Sherry from Alabama.
Such lovely antique mirror stand love it, I had one but one of my daughters had to have it😊 I really loved watching this after my sis in law repotted my crown of thorns in a larger pot. I had to help her get it to stand up little better since it's so tall guess it's time to chop off some to repot!! You never disappoint I love watching your awesome diys❤❤❤ That plant stand and wine bottle are lovely as well. Inspired thames for sharing😊❤
I found the materials in quite a few colour ways on Amazon here in Canada. Very expensive though. Now I'm off to check out a few thrift shops in hopes of finding something similar.@@MakingItMyOwn

I've seen material like the green in a blue gray and red
It’s called toile fabric. Rhymes with wall.
I have curtains in blue, and one in pink or rose in my house made of toile. My mom made them for me.
Oh, I guess she gave the name in the video! 😂
I bet they are gorgeous!

Hi Brandi,
Can you please give me a link for your flickering candles.
Many thanks

Hi Linda! That candle I found at the thrift store. You can get something a bit smaller at the Dollar Tree. Hope this helps
How can you tell if something is vintage and how does it have to be before its considered vintage
According to ‘Martha Stewart, at least 20 years old but less than 100 years old. If you do a google image search, you can often get an age.
