Heyy! I have a redme 11 prime when i try to record from my recording app it works perfectly but whenever i try to record from my camera it doesn't work.... .Can you please help help me with this??
This is common issue when we not provide rights to any 3rd party app or device. Mobile comes with dedicated mic for calling and recording .after connect dash 7 we need to swap rights in mobile setting to takeover mic permission or any other service. Go to mobile stting and app setting to change recorfing setting. .
@@Focus_Kannada Reciver will show Red light once connect with mobile Type C jack . And Mic will show green light once we press thw back side button . For power on mic OTG connection need to enable in mobile setting first .check OTG Tab is on / off in mobile or not to run type C device
Hi, I have purchased Portronics Dash 7 mic and receiver just 3 days ago. In my phone, device is shown connected, as both red light of receiver and green light of mic is stable, headphones 🎧 icon is shown on the upper side of my phone, OTG Connection is on, but still I am unable to record anything with my Dash 7 mic, means- 1. I can only hear recorded sound in my own volume not in mic volume which should be a bit louder. 2. I can hear all other surrounding noises in my recording which also mean that no voice cancellation is done in my phone. I don't know what and how to do? Can you please help me and answer me at @kashipurmahilamandal?
Samung mobile comes with default OTG support . Please go to mobile setting and Enable OTG in mobile setting ..untill OTG not on Type C device not work .
