i have a rottwiler puppy he is a puppy so he bites but he is not a leash dog he hates leashes i taught him mostly how to heel but i think this will complete the uncompleted
Associate the leash with a treat. Make it a positive experience and praise him after you put it on. After a while he won't make a fuss about it.
