It looks like some sort of... fused monstrosity in the back, quite possibly a dust sanstrosity.
If you focus on its head, it's actually papyrus monstrosity like the original DTE:AFG. except papyrus has somewhat a stable skeleton body, ice around it and more HATE or overload determination that causes it's skull somehow unstable.
This trio has DTE:AFG as one of the member and probably the leader of this trio judging from his position and theme style (this trio's theme mainly using DTEAFG's lead).
If i remember, sans (DTEAFG) are absorbed by goop papyrus at the end of phase 3.
But in this trio, i think papyrus absorbed all of the members (DTE:AFG, DT:GA and DD:SE) causing his monstrosity form different from original (the original is just a massive goop papyrus)
and papyrus has 12 pupils, suggesting that 6 pupils are from human souls and other 6 pupil are murder sanses special pupils (glacial asperity, endgoal and shadow echoes)
original goopyrus (dteafg phase 4) has 8 pupils (6 human souls and 2 from sans' eyes)

Papyrus could very possibly be a multiverse-wide threat. With his immense power, size, and bouth physical and magic stength, and the fact that he can absorb more souls and monsters, means that he could very well become a god at all means. This is him at his weakest, and if frisk dies, the world is dead.

I mean, where talking about a beast composed by probably millions of monster souls, a really big amount of L.O.V.E. (probably above 40 or 50) and the 6 human souls, considering that Omega Flowey can access the game's save file, Betty would be an ant compared to this, a crocoroach at most
