Pile 2 : Describing me 100%😂☹ Feeling alone and constantly striving is true. Wow, this is what I always wanted in a person. I hope this is true for me.
I find pile 4 to be very problematic. I was with you for a second there but then it just rubbed me the wrong way. I have been working on myself, my mental health, gone to CoDA, done programs to heal me from narcissistic abuse, my ancestors have healed me, I do healing magick and everything, I even went to college and studied Psychology to get a better grasp of my psyche and so much more that has completely transformed my life. And yet the most valuable thing that my journey has taught me is that I am fine as I am. I have multiple mental illnesses that are completely incurable.
And there is nothing wrong with that. I am not broken and I don't need to go to the doctor every five minutes while hating myself for not being ''normal''. I learned to stop making that an excuse to feel unworthy of love.
The way you set it up was as though we need to go out and earn the right to be loved. Our future spouse doesn't want to come in until we go to therapy? That's toxic and people struggling with trauma tend to suffer from it for the rest of their lives. Especially if you have a mental illness. What if someone discovers that no matter how much therapy they get or work they do on themselves they are still ''broken''. What if they have this belief and never manifest their future spouse because they never feel good enough.
We all are inherently worthy. You don't need to go to therapy to earn love. We all deserve love. I'm not going to run to therapy anymore to make myself good enough to date or marry. I am already good enough! This message can be toxic for people like me that have to battle traumas for the rest of my life since my childhood completely shattered my psyche.
I love myself and I am always working on myself but I never tell myself that my angels and guardians are holding back my souse until I fix myself. That's self-hating. It's just asking for a downward spiral of never feeling good enough. Trauma is very complex and can take a very long time to heal. Don't be toxic and abusive to people but don't feel the constant need to go to therapy in order to be ''made right''.
My whole point is to love yourself and know that you can manifest ANYTHING YOU WANT. YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING YOU WANT! Trauma be damned. You'll get your spouse regardless because you are worthy of it and you can do this!
I wanted to add that it’s not good to just accept crumbs from people and accept relationships that are below you but that is not always related to mental illness and issues like that.
