Hey lake Norman Mike this is Richie Hester I was born and bred in north Carolina add a no# 6 reason north Carolina is the only state and I mean the only state that's got everything they're 5 things a state can have and guess north Carolina is the only one check it out google will tell you that is why north Carolina's people say we are the heart of the united states and we say that God himself loves north Carolina that's why he's blessed us and we are God fearing people because being God fearing means we have love and respect for God and his teaching and his wishes of us having discernment and knowing that he wants us to know things must be done compassionately and in moderation that's why southern hospitality is instilled in North Carolina and the people there of so you was probably led to God's state because I think he loves north Carolina too he's never in all of my 53 yrs forsaken me or let me down and I've been wilder than a boar hog and he's heard my prayers now I'm praying he finds me a single lake Norman woman older or younger I'm ready to have me a lake Norman mate and I just can't hardly wait lol so ask google or I can probably do it for you and forward it to you
I don't know Of any other then Mooresville Public Golf course. I don't live in NC but have friends in Denver and Huntersville. but I hope to move there in a year or so.
North Carolina is currently FULL. Mooresville traffic is ridiculous in all directions but the absolute worst is the part between 77 and the lake. Why would anyone want to move there and sit in traffic half their lives ??
I think I need to do a video on this! I'm a hacker with a lack of a consistent game but you are correct. There is great golfing around Lake Norman. If you get a chance drop me your top 3 favorites so I make sure to include them in my next video.
Lake Norman is a nasty place to live. Don't move there. He moved there for his real estate bank account. Middle America can not afford a chicken coop around Lake Norman...million dollar homes for this dude to pad his pockets. There is a cancer cluster in this area. Seriously people are coming down with oral, head, and neck cancers due to the well water around the being affected by coal waste. Steam plant is run on coal in western part of the Lake. Our family was diagn9sed with oral cancer, and thyroid cancer when living there. None of whom smoked or drank. Do not buy a home with well water. The traffic is brutal in that area. So many people moving to the area but roads, sewers, schools, all based on 1960s population. Sewer treatment west part of Lake is overrun and the air reeks of human waste. New housing developments so nice looking, but smell of sewer all day. Taxes were cheap but no longer cause they need money to address the problems of overcrowding with antiquated municipalities. Don't buy anywhere on route 16...western lake norman...two lane road becomes a back to back nightmare when schools let out and workers end their day at 5 or 6ish. Two lane built back in the 60s in no way can accommodate the influx of people who have moved there. We lived there for 3 years and left. NEVER will I live there again.
The only good thing about the areas increase in population is liberals from new york, new England, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Ohio are changing the color of the state and the nut job trumpers are seeing it change. Careful putting your Harris for Pres sign out....
