Yes, their MBA is eligible for a PGWP. However I would suggest choosing a proper university as employers will not give you a lot of love for having attended UCW. That MBA will leave you under-employed. Please also work on your English or you won’t get into other university than UCW.

Not sure about writing test. But yeah it could be hard and you might need to put extra hours to complete it. But that will be with any course in Canada.

Scholarship is automatically applied when your application is done. Still mail University if you're eligible and still didn't get anything
