It works great. We've utilized it cooking for 20+ minutes on our Jackery 1000, the 12V outlet in our Sol Horizon, and using the tow vehicles 12V outlet with no issues. My guess, it's pulling less than 10 Amps though that's unconfirmed since we've never hooked a meter up to it to verify.
Have a look at the SabotHeat. It has a 90W rating but a temperature and timer adjustment. Much better then the HL. SabotHeat is very similar rating as the RoadPro oven.
Yea I definitely like my sabot heat for being able to eat faster. The hot logic has its benefits though ( I have both). The sabot heat case is ugly though 😆 and you cant put plastic and paper in it the way you can with the Hot logic but the control adjustment option is great.
Are you sure you can use the hot logic on a jackery 12 volt generator. I think I read the gen takes 10 amps max and the the hot logic runs at 12 amps?,it would shut off the inverter on the jackery,,please let me know that I am wrong I want to use the hot logic with my Bluetti eb55. Also the hot logic only temps to 175 degrees
We tested the Hot Logic 12v Mini on our Jackery. It only pulls approximately 45 watts (3.75 amps) and was designed to work in an automobile’s 12v cigarette outlet. We had no issues using it on our Jackery 1000.
hot logic probably peeks at 10amps for a short duration, if you look at the rating i think its 45 watts. so the HL has a nominal consumption of 4 amps. The Roadpro is different, I think its peek rating is much higher at 180W. Learned that from running the RP in my car.
We've never tried a portable oven before. These look like they would be great for drive days or road trips when we aren't taking the camper!
They are! Especially car camping or van life, too!
Hmm ! I find that interesting that your 12 amp roadpro worked in your 10 amp max output socket on the Jackery ?

Cheers! We will check it out.

Sabotheat portable oven has heat and timer controls. It’s not very big but maybe try it
Great advice! Thank you!
These are so cool!
We couldn’t agree more!
my son has the first one you showed and uses it for leftovers . He plugs it in mid morning and the leftovers are ready by lunch.
Awesome! We liked that one, too. Actually surprised how well it works.
