#ordinarysausage Maybe you could do a air fryer sausage vs traditional pan sausage series for experimentation. I have air fried meats and raw sausage and they have turned out surprisingly delicious. Due to the convection heat and high circulation of hot air you may have a chance for some of these wet sausages to crisp up. Also for SCIENCE! #sausagescience
I honestly really like these episodes more, where you mix the item in question with pork to actually try and make a good sausage. Even if there's less chaos as a result.
I agree that you should redo some of these wetter sausages on the grill. Texture is huge, and some of these, to include this one, looked like sausages I would actually really enjoy if the texture was good.
maybe get a thicker set of that sausage jabber for bigger holes for them extra squishy, waterlogged sausages, perhaps a change of casing is needed as well
