Nicola recently sang for the Victory against Japan WWII celebrations. 2020 she won The Masked Singer. Cheryl has a son with One Direction ex Liam. Her pop career more or less ended in 2019. Kimberley promotes clothes etc, presents TV shows and performs on the West End stage. She has 3 sons with her ex-boy band member husband. Sarah broke up with her fiancé when the band broke up; she did acting (films, soap opera) reality TV (presenting a dating programme, skiing jump programme, one about adventurous gymnastics-dancing, Celeb Big Brother where you sometimes get stressed and picked on by (wannabe?) celebs; and she got cancer in 2019 and died in 2021) 💖
These girls were amazing then and still amazing now. Not only were they a fantastic band, but their bond and friendship is unparalleled, especially Cheryl. Kimberly and Nicola. They were there for each other from beginning to this day, always supportive and proud of each other's accomplishments. Glad to see Nadine coming back into the fold - saw her at the Lyric Theater watching Chery perform in her first West End play, 2:22 The Ghost Story. Cheryl was amazing as always, she did not disappoint.
i think this is my favourite from the TU tour dvd. absolutly love it! vocals are spot on and it's a great choice of song for them to cover! Nicola and Kimberley's vocals are definatly the highlights! Sarah's big note is amazing, Nadine is amazing... as always and Cheryl's voice is the best I think it's ever been in recent years. Girls Aloud = best girl band EVER!
In terms of her personal Relationships, Kimberley was the luckiest. Things didn't work out with her ex Boyfriend Martin Pemberton aka "Pembo" then she meets and falls in love with Justin Scott of Triple 8. They don't make it but she does. In the US, he would have been known as Mr. Walsh because his Wife is more successful than him. I would have loved to Interview them and ask "if you can go back in time and talk to yourself in 2002when you started what words of advice would you give now that you wish you had been given then."
I love The Drumbeat in this performance. It reminds me of Benny "Papa Zita" Benjamin the legendary Funk Brother at Motown Records whose probably best known for playing on "Going To A Go Go" by The Miracles.

I sometimes feel that Elvis's Rendition of "You Were Always On My Mind" was his "Private Apology" to Priscilla, then when Aretha Franklin was divorcing her First Husband Ted White she sang "You'll Get There" and she even had The Musicians crying.
I really like cheryl's voice. it is not powerful but she has technique, her voice is sweet.And she has a better voice than bitney, katy perry, rihanna... and they're more famous than cheryl, but nobody complain! So nowadays, voice is not everything. Britney is the best exemple.
She is an amazing singer, there's no denying, but for this dvd they had to do some arrangements on her voice... if you see the whole concert, you can easily tell.
