    If you add a layer or two of landscape fabric on top of the self watering insert, you will keep the soil out of it, which leaves a lot more room for water.

      We should definitely have a much bigger harvest this year, we have nearly doubled our garden adding in the 5 gallon buckets and the tubs! Thanks for watching and supporting our channel Travis!

    Do you only put one plant per bucket or could you put more?

      You can plant more than one plant per bucket, but it depends on the plant. Tomatoes and peppers I would stick with one, but you can plant about 4 smaller plants in them; like leaf lettuce or cucumbers.

      I put 2 or 3 in each bucket depending on what your growing. 2 peppers 3 lettuce 1 collard or 2 collard greens will fit but it will hang over each side kale 1 or 2 plants
