So apparently i'm crap at titling videos. We changed it to Brother vs Other unless you people who know amazing things about the algorithm have a better suggestion? I would appreciate your spreading the world for this digitally irrelevant fellow :-) and yeah...comment for the algo and stuff.

Vir Das. I CONSUMED you for hours and hours last evening and today (I've always been a fan), and I'm just so overwhelmed (in the best possible way) by your intelligence, by how well informed you are, the way you rep the country globally like no other celebrity with your knowledge of everything from statistics to history, literally EDUCATING ppl while you make them laugh and HOW - punch after punch after fucking punch! And the balls of steel that you have baba. Comfortable with uncomfortable topics, sensitive with, well, sensitive topics, and funny as hell through it all! Okay I truly believe that noone reps India the way you do (and this seems like a good time to acknowledge the fact that YOU were in an American TV show first, yes?). Oh and I also truly believe that if everyone in the country heard you talk about everything you do talk about - from feminism, inclusivity, politics and all the way to history, statistics and the whole world, not only would people learn shit, but would also be better people! Shit, I've never commented on anything before.. Not with so much passion at least! But you deserve love, adulation, respect and SO MUCH MORE! You, I think, are the most intelligent man not just in comedy, but like in general, in the country and the world and shit! Lots of love and respect.
The fact that he mimicked a pressure cooker whistle at the end to make it sound like a siren is probably the most layered and genius message I have heard from him yet. That was incredible.

I thought it was in reference that when we meet the "other" and actually talk to each other, we realize that we're not enemies and that pressure releases. There doesnt have to be a war for the preasure to reset.

So the message becomes...
The 4th pillar 'media' is the first bullet fired in a war. if my guess is correct.

Sometimes I forget if he’s doing stand-up or delivering philosophical/motivational speech. But gotta say, I have got mad respect for this guy. Love everything he does. Dropping truth bombs wrapped in jokes, and giving us reality checks. This guy is a legend. ❤

Saying this again man, I hope you read this. I miss old Vir Das. My mom listens to everything you say but through an old guy wearing robes and sitting on a gigantic throne, talking in a native toung to the crowd who is there just to cheer everything he says. Please don't be that guy; atleast some times. This is not me being a comedy expert, but just your, once loyal, customer trying to give you an honest feedback. Maybe I am no longer your target audience, but I still hope to see the Vir again who would make me laugh more than cheer. Will keep coming back to find that Vir though. Love!

This guy is the Messi of communicators. He dribbles like a boss inside your head, goes very fast so you have to keep up, moves around so many heavy topics and emotions, and finally hits home the big point in spectacular fashion. And makes you smile at the work of art at the end. What a craftsman.

This man is an absolute legend. Stubbled onto one of his videos while absently scrolling thru shorts, and instantly knew this guy was next level. He's more like stand-up+, the man is simply brilliant and the things he says are equal parts funny and profound.

You look just fine my man, and honestly with all you were saying, I (and many of us) barely noticed the clothes. I was thinking of going back but maybe some other time. In a hope you will see this, growing up in India, we pledge everyday to treat everyone like a brother and yet somehow we learn to make them the other.
That was brilliant! There was a time when reality was scary and jokes were funny... Now the reality is funny and jokes are scary. Eerily true to be honest...

Comedy has always facilitated critical thinking and helped people to talk about serious topics in a more relaxed way, but this guy is another level! I have never had the pleasure of seeing such an amazing amalgamation of humor and philosophy! Elevated comedy at it's best!
