Nada Jordan-Turley, a second grade teacher at Buchanan Elementary School, was involved in a serious car accident and has been recovering on Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital's Sub-Acute Floor since November 27, 2016.
When Buchanan first-grade Lindsey Ramos heard what had happened from her own teacher, Mr. DeJong, she decided to provide a little hope and love to Mrs. Jordan by saving her weekly popcorn money and using it towards Mrs. Jordan's recovery instead of on popcorn for herself.
