Did you leave River’s regular collar on while you added the choke collar?

Yes you can leave it on but just make sure it is positioned above the collar, closer to the ears

What collar size you looking at for a full size AKK? And do you recommend harnesses ?

The adult size depends on the variety you have (toy, mini or standard) Most Klee Kai are 14" but some standards are 16" and some toys can be 12" If you get a pin buckle collar get one that fits 12-15"
