CNJ 113: Sounds of the Southern Pacific

On December 9th, 2023, We ventured for our yearly chase of the year seeing the CNJ 0-6-0 113 on the Minersville Santa Trains. In April, the 113 ran Easter Trains but we didn't make it for that event. We had a busy day seeing the 113 and seeing some of the best volunteers keeping the 113 going some young and old and new volunteers learning the ropes with a 100 year old Anthracite Burner. The day we chased rather a CNJ 3 Chime, the 113 sported a Southern Pacific 6 Chime which is something new to hear on the engine. Now watch as 113 runs the Minersville Santa Trains with the Southern Pacific 6 Chime. Enjoy!

Outstanding, exceptional editing. Pacing was spot on, but especially like that "high speed" runby. You know I would pay to watch and shoot 113 knocking around some hopper cars in the yard.

First She wore the SP 6 chime while she was doubleheaded with 425 but then while 425 is on 1472 inspection 113 is now wearing it again without being doubleheaded i hope 2102 doubleheads 113

That coach 98 deserves tlc, and that sp 6 chime on 113 reminds of 2472 and 3751.
