Bhaiya can bits lower there eligibility criteria for this year like jee mains and advanced. Cos I am on the edge of criteria, I have got 74.3% PCM aggregate.

Sir, What should I opt, if getting mechanical in Top 7 IIT's, EC in Bits Pilani, CS in Bits Goa, and IIIT Allahabad IT? My JEE Advance CRL is 5412 and GEN-EWS rank is 649, BITSAT marks is 312. Is there any other best option to select?
If you prefer branch over college go for BITS campuses and if you give preference to college then go for IIT.

Iits bro. U would be mad lad to not go to one of the top iits to go for CS at Goa. Or even to some extent Pilani ec. If u getting mech in bhu or roorke etc go for it.
@@AdityaSingh-xr3idmech in bhu or rke isnt worth it over better branches in bits imo. Mechanical engineering peeps also go for cs placements only, where the cs folks would have an obvious advantage. If it was phoenix then iits would have been the right choice

@@vidyarajendravarman1405 There are quite a few opportunities available in core sector even for EEE students. Until and unless, you want to move into research, there is no point pursuing EEE without programming.

Would like to update something related to coding culture.
As mentioned for gsoc.
Bits goa ranked no. 3 globally ( for gsoc 2021)
Bits pilani ranked no. 4 globally ( for gsoc 2021).
Now, coming to development part it is already strong in bits goa.
Coming to machine learning , I would like to add that only bita goa campus(among all 4 campuses) has AI research lab( known as APPICAR) , like iiit Delhi has MIDAS.
For competitive coding I would be very straight forward bits hyd is better than both goa and pilani campus.
It is not BITS Goa. It is BITS Pilani Goa Campus.😂

Many of us dream to get into BITS but this year's abnormal marking of the board exams have shattered all the dreams.
IIT'S and NIT'S have scrapped the eligibility criteria so will BITS also do the same. This is a kind of partiality done to the students who were unable to secure good marks in this year's Board results.
