- Jabberwock - Alec, a courageous but impetuous knight, returns to his home village having been summoned by his older brother, Francis. Finding Francis working in the family blacksmith shop, Alec learns that their elderly father is not long for this world. The brothers' reunion is short-lived as Cid wanders into the village, terrified and half-crazed and recounts a story of his attack by a winged creature. The onlookers scoff in disbelief, one remembering the myth of the fearsome Jabberwocky, as the red-eyed monster's blood-curdling shriek is heard and descends upon them with the body of a dragon, the head of a gruesome insect and deadly claws. Now the brothers must stand together, wield the Vorpal sword to save their home, the women they love, and to avenge their father's death.

Enjoyed every minute of this movie!
When Alec died everyone was sad and that is very understandable and sad but Michael gave his life to protect the village and was friends with Francis and just civil with the rest but still nobody cared lol the most he got was a damn it from John so I put this comment to remember a brave man
Also this movie was my childhood amazing to watch it again the CGI was alright for a 2005 low budget movie and the acting was mostly really good SUPER underrated film

The storyline, the cinematography plus the acting of this movie are great. The only negative thing to say is the effects on the monster it self. Other than that, as I said, great movie.

UA-cam has screwed me more than once but the enhanced bit rate for 1080p that comes with YT premium is necessary if you have a large 4k monitor. No ads is also a plus.
I use a 50" 4k TV as my monitor.
@@yoelfischel6327 The Microsoft HEVC codec cost 99 cents and I believe it helps with HDR content. I bought a 43 inch VIZIO v series monitor from amazon and the backlight was screwed up. Very bright around the edges especially in lower left corner. Sent it back almost a month ago and still waiting for my refund so I can buy something with full array backlighting.
I was able to watch this movie as well as In The Name Of The King: Dungeon Siege Tale, without commercials and I don't have YT Premium.
I tolerated 1/2 of the movie ... I'm glad the actors and all supporting crew were able to earn some money but I think the movie really sucked and couldn't finish it ...
