Some guys said he sent 90 message and his account was froze then an hour later it worked again. Must be an hourly restriction , not sure how many though

Nice! What would be the CONCATENATE script if I didn't want to include the last name? I keep getting an #REF! error message.
You should be able to just drop the " ", B2 and that should work. A REF error means that it can't find the value that you are looking for.
=CONCATENATE(B1,","," 1space ",A1 )
