Absolutely yes!!! …..i too have done my Hons. in Sociology along with Hindi and English (subsidiaries) . BPSC 2.0 I got selected but they posted me MADHUBANI that’s far from my state but some how I had done my training there …to really be honest there were no basic requirements for living there…so I didn’t join and quit my job.. now I’m preparing for NVS/DSSSB…Good luck if you apply❤😊
