1 Hostile: Seperate your role as a human vs a spokeperson. When possible do show empathy as a human while giving a clear message as a spokeperson
2 Friendly: foster even more unity and connection together
3 Apathetic: show them you have something of value to them, show the benefits, and show what you say is relevant to them and their reality
4 Uninformed: show them important criteria to look for and make decisions, and guide them on what to look for as they process information.
