Of course, her style of music isn't to everyone's taste, but you have to admit that her voice is exceptional and she knows how to handle it.
From my point of view, she also has an incredible amount of soul in her voice. Some compare her to Amy Whinhouse - ok, that's not necessarily my opinion. But I don't know of anyone right now who has a voice like Joy Crookes.
