I get up at 4, my husband at 5:15-5:30, and my sons at 6. That early start is priceless to me. Worth it. My trick is NEVER to use the snooze button. Just jump out and go. Snooze button makes things worse for me.

Spending at least half an hour in prayer and worship before starting my day makes all the difference for me. It's just night and day between "oh I gotta figure all this out and somehow find the energy for xy and z" and "I can do all things THROUGH CHRIST who strengthens me" and just the peace of the Lord. I'm so inconsistent with it still but I'm really working on making that a non negotiable in my morning routine. So awesome that you would honor Him in this video, love to see it

I love your family motto for this school year. I am a Primary school teacher in England, this year teaching year 2 (1st Grade in the US) and I thought I will use the same motto you have in your family with my class as I love it so much. It gave me the amazing idea to do the activity with a box and stepping into the unknown and having courage. Thank you for all the inspiration!
the first video i ever watched from not enough nelsons was when beckham bumped into a kid at school i believe last year and was in the hospital. i’ve been watching for a little while and their videos never disappoint. i get so excited to have another video of theirs to watch because i’ve watched almost all already. but i think the reason i’m most excited is because of LiLee, NayVee, and SaiDee, because i’d literally die to look like them. i’d die to look like all of them but they’re closest to my age so i said them. i’m literally obsessed with this family and how well they treat eachother!

Litterally for any parent or kid:
Before going back to school/preparing to get your kid back to school, literally the week before, start putting alarms for 20 mins before you usually wake up, it'll help you "train" your morning routine a lot faster!

If you have a headache when you wake up or go to bed you are probably sleeping with your head to high up, try using no pillows to sleep, it helps me when I have a headache. And make sure to drink a lot of water especially before bed! I hope you feel beter
