Vesper was often talking how much off stream work he had, and how many ideas he had and couldn't do because of management. Magni was also a really creative guy who like dark humor and he couldn't do at much in holo. So them deciding to quit because it wasn't worth it for them would be a good guess. I would also add them both after that, streaming in an other identity and they both were relieve and happy. Big corp is not for everyone. (but of course, this is just an hypothesis... we will never know the total truth)
pretty sure its because of content restrictions, holo tends to be more civil magni got apretty successful career too, his time as magni dezmond wasgood but it didnt compare, pretty easy choice for him for vesper, im pretty sure he's the type to do whatever he wants soo yeaaah they're both doing great though soo kudos could've wished they had a graduation stream though also also, i wish vesper's new model was used more, tiss but a shame happy day y'all
