    i Have both attachments but for the strainer the mesh strainer attachment does not fit into the meat grinder attachment so i can not thread the ring in place they are the same size so it does not fit into the other piece.

    Why do you say to run the grinder at 6 or 8 speed, but when you run it, you have it at 2?

      M Khonger - yes, I’ve seen it done. Noodles will be thick, and rough - which is great for picking up sauce.

    • @MadCheshireHat
      @MadCheshireHat 4 роки тому

      She said they recommend grinding on speeds 6-8, not that you HAD to have it at those speeds. I think they had it slow for the closeups.

    For tomato sauce, I don't understand why you'd want to remove so much of the tomato "meat" that's clearly removed with the skin. It's more like tomato juice than sauce. I prefer to remove the skin and most of the seeds by hand then use a quality blender to mash the tomatoes.

    IT WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL IF YOU GUYS WOULD MENTION THAT YOU MAKE MULTIPLE MODEL NUMBERS AND IF YOU HAVE FGA IT WON'T FIT THE NEW MODEL OF THE VEGGIE STRAINER. SUCH A JOKE AND REALLY LAME.

    The way it's coming out of the machine it's splashing which tells me it's not cutting cleanly but a certain amount of smashing the meat ruining the texture. I'd think you solved this problem by now. Boooo!
