Those who are in their 20's are all about looks, in their 30's you're aware of how you are not looking like you did in your 20's and start feeling tired, 40's is a cumulative time, when you realize the changes in your body and can take charge of how to maintain your attitude and physical health. It's a ongoing cycle that the media has instilled since the start of the fashion industry and even beforehand.For those who are complaining about how old people look, you're time will come.. if not already! 👍
So true! Besides i see so many girls in their twenties, fat and ugly, eith those ugly botox lips,they look ridiculous, but dont see that themselves! Atleast Helena kept her class and natural beauty, can't say that about girls these days,they look just cheap and silly

Helena has grown into a natural beauty without any fillers, etc. What is wonderful is that she has a realistic approach to who she is. Gratefully, she hasn't fallen into a negative life and has remained a professional in her work ethics to this very day. That marks the success of just a handful of models who continue working in the fashion beauty industry.

Its just so SAD!!!! Of course she looks good for her age, and she's clearly a nice, humble, good person. But seeing her now is just a painful reminder of how fleeting youth and beauty really is. I'm her age and have aged much worse, so I'll get that out before someone else does. I know we all get old, that it should be what is inside that matters, and so on. All that being the case, here is a woman that I honestly believe was the most beautiful woman in the world in the early 90's. She literally and really took your breath away. I challenge anyone to watch the Wicked Game video and not stare in absolute AWE at her beauty. But the physical beauty is gone, and its just sad to me because it reminds me how short life is and how temporary beauty and youth can be. You can respond with all the things we are supposed to say when a woman looses her beauty (its shallow to consider looks, its the inside that counts, we all get old and she still looks good for her age, etc etc). But it is still sad that she is no longer the breathtaking beauty she once was. Young people take note!
