I’ve always felt this version looked unfinished like when the TNT Championship was unveiled. The modifications with the blue painted globes and stones with a white strap would be an improvement but with the reign Gunther had I appreciated the design.

Good review.
As far as intercontinental wwf belts are concerned, my favorite is the black reggie. I don't like the 2019 version, and it made me appreciate the 1998 oval version a lot more than I have before.
