That actually was some really good drama. The first twenty minutes are a bit awkward as characters make themselves known. But, the meat of the story is quite good. The young boy, Levi, did alright for what must be his first role. Too bad about our protagonist. No happy ending here.

well this Californian californicater is watching! lol ! however i just saw a 1960 john wayne movie in my feed and well? since i was born in 60 and as good as this movie is in the first 5 minutes i have to put it on the back burner for now! and also because john wayne and i played in the same desert area even though it was 73 years apart i have to go with my heroes movie first! thanks for the post i know ill like it
IMO this could have been a good movie if not for a really bad decision by the writers or producers to give it a dark dismal ending. Totally unnecessary IMO because they could have ended it differently and made it a good movie rather than what could have been good. The dark stuff should be used to build plot, not to be the plot. Movies shouldn't feel like watching the news.
I have a problem with this man “ praying to God” then going to a fortune teller? And partition blood magic? So apparently the “praying to God” is half-hearted at best.
Pffttt!!! This movie starts with an act of witchcraft!!!! Evil works of satan!!! First he goes to church to pray then goes to a fortune 🔮 teller, a witch!!! Movie not recommended!!!
