It is a show where I call 3 of my funny friends each episode we give the absolute worst relationship advice to people who've mailed us with their problems. Imagine if the agony aunt column in the newspaper just laughed at the problems sent to her instead of solving it.

Oh god, trauma bonding is not people bonding over shared trauma. It's when a person forms a deep attachment with someone that is causing them trauma/ harm. (For example, Stockholm syndrome is a form of a trauma bond)
