The officer wakes up in the hospital with Bunny by their side. Bunny informs them that it's not safe here and that they are to hurry to the roof where Mr P waits. While traversing through the hospital, they notice more and more Piggy-like monsters. They come to the conclusion that there is a sort of Piggy Virus Outbreak, where the infected becomes a monster like Piggy and sets out to kill anyone uninfected or infect them. After solving various puzzles and narrowly avoiding death by the monsters multiple times, they manage to escape. Once they reach the roof, the helicopter is gone, along with Mr P. They had left without the officer and Bunny. As they go to find another way to escape, Bunny notices a note on the ground. 'I have to do this for our own good. - Mr P'

The hospital was the hardest one so far but still fun pretty much what I've got from the story you pass out then wake up where the hospital got destroyed and mr. P (ass hole) decides to abandon you and bunny to die to the hands of the monsters when i saw he had left bunny i was pissed beings bunny trusted him truly
no that would not make sense he would wake up in the end of chapter 3 because he met bunny in chapter 4 and bunny said lets get out of this place and usally no one says that in a coma
