    Thank you for these videos you make, tons of good info and content. Could you do one on actually selling the hats online? Like maybe a step by stet tutorial on selling your first hat online? Or if you already have a video like that, point me to it? Thanks.

      Thank you! The machine was around $4k. Took about 6 months to get comfortable with speed.

      Rubber wheel made a huge difference.

    How did you figure out the gauge of the needle to make it through the leather patch?

      @PGHATCO  13 днів тому

      I just used the recommended needle from the company I bought the machine through.

    Did that post bed come with rubber wheel?

      It came with the standard metal wheel with teeth. I added the rubber wheel on.

    What machine are you using if you don’t mind me asking?

    Why did you choose Jack over other brands and not a walking foot

    • @PGHATCO
      @PGHATCO  13 днів тому

      Walking foot leaves the surface leaving room for shifting especially when it is not completely a flat surface. The wheel keeps constant contact.
      We looked at other machines but trusted the suggestion of Collier equipment on the brand recommendation.

    Spray adhesive only works if you spray both sides for permanently bond. One side for temporary bound. you'll probably do two coats to stick permanently. And I still wouldn't trust it.
