I dont understand why people dont understand that there are wall attached dining table's option available in the market. With small spaces that is the best option.
In this flat the big dining table could have been avoided all together and made the sitting area bigger

Hi, completely agreed with your point of view. But client's requirements was to have static dining table, To dine, attend meetings and to watch TV as well.
