This is the Mitsubishi SP Type (mod generic 2x) Elevator at Sun Moon City Block 6. This is the only block to have the basements served (although technically not basement since the flats are built on a hill). This one got modded twice, previously it's also generic with older STEP controller (but with the analog indicator retained inside).
