I've tried in vain to figure out the origin of the speech at 2:38. Obviously a Rhodesian officer or politician following the internal settlement but have never found any source material on it. Does anyone have any info at all regarding this?
I think It's one of Ian Smiths last speeches as prime minister. Before the change in government took place. Ian smith was the acting prime minister of Rhodesia from 1964 to 1979.
