SCAFFOLDING INSPECTION CHECKLIST
• Scaffold tag holder provided
मचान टैग धारक प्रदान किया गया
• Has the scaffold been setup according to manufacturer’s instructions?
क्या मचान निर्माता के निर्देशों के अनुसार स्थापित किया गया है?
• Scaffold built on a solid base and base plate provided

• The scaffold structure is free from excavation pit /proper distance maintained

• Scaffold is level and plumb?

• Height to base with ratio is less than 4:1 maintained

• Scaffold components can support at least four times their maximum intended load.

• Tube and clamp, and accessories properly placed
With wedges tightened

• Scaffold materials or components in a place shall be free from any type of rust,defect, oil and grease and Scaffold components, planking/decking in good condition?

• Kicker lift/base lift should be within 150mm from ground level

• Scaffold lift height shall not more than 2.7 metre

• Scaffold bracing properly installed bracing angle approximately 45 Degree
स्कैफोल्ड ब्रेसिंग ठीक से स्थापित ब्रेसिंग कोण लगभग 45 डिग्री
• Ladder access shall be free from obstruction
सीढ़ी का उपयोग अवरोध से मुक्त होगा
• Landing platform Ladder access shall be vertically every 4.7meter and horizontally 9.0mtr
लैंडिंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सीढ़ी की पहुंच हर 4.7 मीटर पर लंबवत होगी और क्षैतिज रूप से 9.0 मी
• Access ladder shall be provided for access and access ladder should be rise at least 1meter above the landing platform

• Intermediate transoms spacing shall not more than 1.2meter

• No protruding tube in a walkway

• Scaffold platform shall be fully coved uniformly

• Shall not more than 1 inch gap between the platform

• The access opening in the platform for the ladder should be as small as practically possible but be no less than 450mm x 600m

• Toe boards properly installed edge of scaffold minimum 150mm form platform

• Guard railing on all sides and ends
• सभी तरफ और सिरों पर गार्ड रेलिंग
• Visual check to verify clamps secured in place

• Scaffold control tag has been signed and approved for use?
स्कैफोल्ड नियंत्रण टैग पर हस्ताक्षर कर दिया गया है और उपयोग के लिए अनुमोदित कर दिया गया है?
• Scaffolding is more than 10’ from any power line
मचान किसी भी बिजली लाइन से 10' से अधिक दूर है
• Scaffold casters and wheels shall be locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold is used in a stationary manner.
जब मचान का उपयोग स्थिर तरीके से किया जाता है तो मचान की गति को रोकने के लिए मचान के कैस्टर और पहियों को सकारात्मक पहिया और/या पहिया और कुंडा ताले, या समकक्ष साधनों के साथ बंद किया जाना चाहिए।
• Ensure that all wheels turn smoothly and that all wheel locks are operable. wheel stems shall be pinned
