Of course, i have many complaints about how center 5 manages them (especially shotaro) but i think riize is the best thing that could've happen to them. Shotaro redefined what an idol meant to me and being part of his journey since day one was an experience that was hard but the payoff is amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world...

In Japan he is very busy with dance competitions, substitute teacher, back dancer, and even competed in the World Of Dance Japan qualifier as a center. But after SM bothered him to debut in a short time out of the many male trainees that's they had, they chose to keep Shotaro's dance skills rather than showing it. Even with the few promotions that Shotaro got, he could attract the attention of many non-fans as well. At least let him post dance videos like on this relay cam (sorry for the bad grammar, I'm not fluent in English)
We miss Shotaro a lot. Apart from IG and the bubble update, we won't know the news about him at all. Even the content on the nct account after the resonance era, how much content did Shotaro get?
I dont know the group NCT but when I saw videos of Shotaro I decided to watch their videos. I only follow them bec. of Shotaro but there's fewer videos of him

Shotaro is such a hard worker. You see he’s been studying Korean well because he’s getting pretty fluent. He nonstop practices his dances as well. Shotaro is definitely up there as the best dancers of NCT along with Ten, Taeyong, and Jisung

Please remember, Shotaro isn't an "idol dancer", he was a professional dancer. So Shotaro brings an amazing history of dance and a different respect for dance other idols don't necessarily have. He's a fantastic addition and I can't wait for main dancer Shotaro in the new unit
Didn't he graduate from one of the best dance schools in Japan? And he was a professional dancer before being hired by SM. He's a real, people who say he's just a Tiktok fanboy are wrong
The fact that we can see the lines of his body when he dances so clearly despite him wearing really baggy clothes just shows how amazing of a dancer he is.
At this point, seeing Shotaro's level of dancing he can already be called as one of the best dancers in K-pop. So impressed about how NCT has different various of dancers. Shotaro's so good at hip-hop, Winwin is good with similar to ballet dance, Ten's so good with a lot of dance genres, and the fact that this not even half of the dance liners. A lot of people might be complaining about their unlimited concept but it actually builds so much excitement and anticipation to me. I'm anticipating them a lot because there's a lot more to come, more different types of personality, talent and aura. I just love this group.
I was really surprised by Shotaro's dance. NCT's dance line is absolutely amazing like you said. I really hope that we'll get performance videos or just practice videos from the dance line in the future

I forget that sungchan and Shotaro debuted a couple months ago into a well-established group under a major company like it was nothing. They were literally thrown into the deep end and expected to swim laps whilst their whole entire lives were changed overnight, I applaud them so much for how well they are handling and thriving in nct and I hope we get many more opportunities to see them. At this point, seeing Shotaro's level of dancing he can already be called as one of the best dancers in K-pop.
So impressed about how NCT has different various of dancers. Shotaro's so good at hip-hop, Winwin is good with similar to ballet dance, Ten's so good with a lot of dance genres, and the fact that this not even half of the dance liners. A lot of people might be complaining about their unlimited concept but it actually builds so much excitement and anticipation to me. I'm anticipating them a lot because there's a lot more to come, more different types of personality, talent and aura. I just love this group.

I forget that sungchan and Shotaro debuted a couple months ago into a well-established group under a major company like it was nothing. They were literally thrown into the deep end and expected to swim laps whilst their whole entire lives were changed overnight, I applaud them so much for how well they are handling and thriving in nct and I hope we get many more opportunities to see them. I love them so much.

To all the taro milkteas, you guys are the best. I've never seen a new-debut idol having so limited resources as shotaro does. We all know that his talent deserves so much more and will definitely wait for him, no matter how long it will take.
Shotaro has limited resources?? I don't mean to be disrespectful but do you think the NCT members who debuted in 2016 had a red carpet in front of them back in the days? What about Kun who debuted and had to wait like 3 years to even debut in a unit? I mean, I wish Shotaro all the best and hope he gets many activities soon, but you guys always like being so dramatic. Entertainment companies have their strategies to build their products. It may seem unfair to us but they can't just see things via the biased lens of a handful of their customers. Let the boy grow steadily, be patient and overcome his challenges like any other person in the field he choose to work in. I am sure there are good things that await him.

There's always more to compare if you drag any member down so I'll just stop here. And if you agree we can stop the discussion as well. After all this is just a personal complaint I left 8 months ago.
