let's say for example your tier 50. You get all the items of 50 and below. So if you level up you will then get free stuff on the free tier or get premium items when you level up until season ends?

im not sure i understand your question really.. but..
if you're tier 50.. and then you buy the rocket pass.. you will get ALL items from tier 0 - 50, including both premium and free items.
And then every time you level up after that, you'll get all free & premium items for each level until the season ends..
